Vegan restaurant est. 2018 by the owners of Ao26. Focus is on unprocessed vegan food, and makes most items in-house. Sample dishes such as waffles, dumplings, bruschetta with different toppings, and pasta. Offers a daily selection of cakes. Weekend brunch available 11-3. A private dining and events space is available for up to 35 people. Previously called O Botanista. Reported closed March 2024.

Great environment with lovely food! - Edit
I spend a great evening in O Botanista! While traveling I really felt welcome as I came. The people were extremely nice and helpful, they opened conversation immediately and showed a lot of positive interest. I got genuine suggestions for food and drinks. And I ended up with this amazing meal.
Read moreThe inside of the restaurant is beautiful aswel, I really loved the plant-theme all over the place (check the ceilings of the bathroom 😉).
Next to leaving the place well fed, I left with a lot of positive vibes!

Very nice restaurant with great and elaborate food! Entries and desserts were very good. A bit expensive. Staff was nice. It was a bit full (dinner), we had to stay outside and it was a bit cold, but the staff offered some blankets.

I've been to O Botanista twice and so far everything I've tried was amazing. The food there is delicious, the service is nice and the decor is beautiful. All in all, it's a great restaurant, almost as good as Ao26.

The place is well decorated and fancy, perfect to bring a date if you have one. All the food I tried was very well cooked, all the flavors are interesting and play nicely together. Will come again if I can.

Good food. Relaxed pleasant atmosphere with careful attention to clients. We all felt that our plates had been cooked for us in particular and enjoyed our meals (even our reluctant "don't like veggies" child). Price was reasonable. We are looking forward to going back.

The food is very tasty and the presentation of the dishes is lovely. It's not cheap, but not too expensive considering the quality of the food. Their selection of cakes is just amazing!

You should try this and take more dishes. The atmosphere is really cool, I loved the furniture and the wall with only windows make the location bright.
Read moreWe tried the cashew and the avocado bruschetta that was really good, a plate with mushed sweet potato and the desserts... You have a whole shop window with gorgeous cakes with all the flavours, I think they were more than ten, so go to see them before choosing!
You should definitely try this place!
It's located near the Time Out Market, that is nice to visit.
The dishes are so well presented!

If I could give this place a higher rating I would. The service was wonderful and the options were expansive. I got the fancy tagliatelle, which quite literally rocked my world - I don’t know how they get it to taste that good, but my mouth is watering just thinking about it. We also got the pumpkin bruschetta, and the hazelnut ice cream blondie, both of which were to die for. My sister is also not vegan and loved every bite - if you’re in the city it’s a must-try.

The restaurant is tastefully decorated with nice wallpaper and many plants hanging from the ceiling - it perfectly suits the name of the restaurant. The food is great - you should try the tofu bruschetta starter and not leave without having some cakes. Staff could be a bit more friendly.
