Authentic ramen bar with some vegan choices - Edit
Es gibt keine Riesenauswahl an veganen Gerichten, prozentual an der ganzen Karte ist es aber nicht wenig und das was man bekommt schmeckt lecker. Ich habe beide veganen Ramen probiert, das Tantan war etwas mehr meins, da das ‚normale‘ für mich zu heftig gewürzt war. Alles ist total frisch und man kann an der Bar zuschauen, wie es zubereitet wird. Im Laden ist es oft sehr voll, aber es gibt viel Wechsel, sodass man trotzdem nicht ewig warten muss. Ich habe mir mitgebrachter Box auch was zum Mitnehmen bekommen.
