In my 4 days in Rhodes I ate at Ono several times even twice in one day. Nice menu with both vegetarian and vegan options. Lots of drink choices as well as dessert. Everything i ordered was vegan. I had a real tough time choosing with so many things I wanted to eat. I first time I had shashouka that came with olives, salad, special tahini and fresh bread. Minus the eggs they use potatoes. I could've licked the whole plate clean if people weren't around me.
Read moreEva, who is a Rockstar staff member recommended me to get the Pinsa, which was similar to a pizza but smaller and on a flat bread (tomato sauce, vegan mozzarella, mushroom and broccoli) this by far was my favorite item there that I came back on my last day in Rhodes for. But the crust was so good, the flavor of the tomato sauce and the bit of broccoli just made everything taste perfect. I told the Eva I could eat this everyday for the rest of my life. I also ordered a chickpea sandwich to go for my day trip. She was nice enough to tell me maybe it wouldn't be so good because the bread would get soggy. So I asked to have everything separately which was a great idea. The bread they use is extremely soft and good a couple days later.
Couple days later I came back and had a California burger. The bun was a too toasted but I thought the patty tasted real good you can ask what they make it with but no beyond or impossible meat. Super messy but pretty much how I like my burgers.
I met the owner who super nice and went to there all vegan restaurant in the Old Town, Marouli,. I thought the staff was super nice. Eva is really knowledgeable in all of the items. It's often I go to restaurants where they don't know what stuff is made of but she knew her stuff. She described everything so well and it made me want to eat everything! She's really pretty too. I wish I didn't eat there alone so I could try it all.
I really enjoyed this restaurant and I swear there were people that went there multiple times during there stay. Highly recommend.

We tried the “chef’s choice” plates, the mousaka and the burger. Everything was superb! We were impressed with the beans burger (it is the best bean burger I've ever tried, and I've tried a lot!)
If you are like us and want to try as many different choices as possible, definitely go for the chef's choice!
Pros: 100% Vegan , Amazing food, Friendly staff

I'm staying in Rhodes for a week and I was so exited when I saw that there's a place with lots of vegan options right by my hotel. I've been coming here everyday so far and everything I tried is delicious. The staff is also lovely and very helpful with any questions you have, food- or island related. I highly recommend this place ❤️

amaaaaaazing veggie cafe/restaurant where almost everything can be made vegan! the owner herself came over to talk us through the options and the service was excellent! great variety from salads to unhealthy burgers and breakfast foods like croissants. we are planning on visiting at least a couple more times while we’re here for the week! my boyfriend who eats meat loved the burger and the pancakes were lush, as well as the quinoa salad😄

Vegetarian restaurant with a few vegan options. Everything was very tasty, we got a Buddha bowl which had great homemade mustard on it and some pita bread with feta and vegetables in it. They also make a great tea. The portions are medium sized but very filling.

Some of the best vegan food I’ve had in a while. The burger was absolutely perfect and so was the vegan Greek salad. The staff is super friendly and the whole environment of the restaurant is a delight. I wish I could go back more often.

The food was simply perfect. Every dish was better than the other. The ravioli, vegan halloumi sticks, and pasta will put you closer to heaven every bite. I never thought to eat this good at a restaurant ever again and feel respected and validated as a customer this much after turning vegan three years ago. I legitimately started crying from how delicious it was.

Excellent near vegan restaurant in Old Town - Edit
Great menu with a high percentage of vegan items. No meat or fish is served though some items might have dairy. Located close to the heart of Old Town in Rhodes, To Maroli is like an oasis in a desert for vegan or vegetarian travelers to Rhodes. Sadly it is the only vegan food establishment in the area to my knowledge.

We returned to this excellent cafe nearly every day of our week's stay. Amazing croissant, delicious coffee, great salads. Everything we had was fab. Very friendly service. We sat on the pavement tables playing backgammon and Dobble. Highly recommended.
