Lovely Vegan Ramen - Edit
Only 2 Vegan Ramen options but had the curry ramen and it was delicious. Not spicy at all so added a bit of chilli oil but tasted lovely. Really friendly staff too.

Gute vegane Ramen - Edit
Die Portion war ordentlich groß und sehr sehr lecker. Auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert, vor allem als comfort food, wenns draußen kalt ist. Der Tofu war einzigartig eingelegt, hatte sowas bisher noch nicht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent Vegan Ramen in Slovenia! - Edit
We found this little place with the Happy Cow app. It's right along the riverbank in Ljubljana, Slovenia. We were cold and were looking for something warm.

We were happily surprised at how good it was. I mean, really, really good. I ordered the curry Ramen with Tofu, mushrooms, carrots, seaweed and spring onions. My partner ordered the regular ramen with the same veggies. We also ordered a side of edamame and a beer each. It cost about $45. A tremendous value.
We would highly recommend this restaurant. They do serve meat, chicken and fish. However, we were the only ones in there at 2:30pm.

They have 2 clearly labelled vegan ramen on their menu (shoyu and curry). They also have some starters that vegan/vegetarian.
Read moreWe ordered the kimchi and tempura veggies as starters. The kimchi was really spicy but tasty, although it didn't have that authentic fermented flavour, it was still good. The tempura however had some really big chunks of vegetables in it which were sometimes still crunchy. Sometimes when two pieces were touching the dough was also a bit raw.
For mains we ordered one of each ramen, curry and soy. They were both very big portions. In my opinion the curry had a lot more depth of flavour than the soy one, which tasted mostly of soy sauce. Both had basically the same toppings, a nori sheet, tofu, some veggies and mushrooms, and a whole lotta noodles.
Overall experience was very nice, the staff was very friendly, food was served quickly, and you get really big meal, although the quality of the food was a bit mediocre.
—Be sure to clearly state you want the vegan ramen though, as there was a miscommunication during my order and we ended up receiving the regular versions, but they quickly fixed the mistake and gave is the correct order!—

They don't have many vegan options, but what they have is really tasty. We had the ramen and the poke and both were exalent. Big plus is sitting next to the river and watch the city light up when it gets dark, magic atmosphere.
