Om nom nom - Edit
I stop here at least once every time I visit Phoenix. The food is delicious! The staff is always kind and patient with my zillion questions. Most dishes have at least a bit of a kick, so be ready!

Super flavorful! - Edit
A large variety of vegan options, anything labeled “V” is vegan. Customer service is good and the food is very flavorful!!

Pretty good - Edit
Pretty good food for a reasonable price. Everything is spicy which is good, and I tried the vegan vanilla cake and it was reminiscent of a lil debbies cake. Nice people and nice place.

Best Dosas in North Valley - Edit
I live in North Phoenix and used to drive to Chandler to get Doses & eat South Indian food. Happened to find this place on Happy Cow and couldn't be more impressed and happy with the service and the quality of the food.

Delicious Indian Cuisine - Edit
I’ve ordered take out from OM a number of times and have never been disappointed! Their Chana Masala is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten! I love Indian Food, but often am unsure whether a dish is vegan or not. Om is entirely vegetarian and they carefully mark vegan options on their menu. Word of warning: their food runs on the spicy side, which I like. If you do not like hot food, order your dishes mild or without spice.

Will be back! - Edit
Have passed by OM a few times as I work nearby and always noticed it says 'Veg Vegan' on the facade. Decided to give it a try yesterday as I was really in the mood for Indian.
Read moreThe review below mine says nothing was marked as vegan - but I can confirm that things that can be made vegan are marked with a 'V' (I think this is a recent change as I do remember looking at their online menu a few months ago and being confused as to what was vegan and not). The guy working the register also repeated back to me 'vegan' when confirming my order - so I'm putting faith in their kitchen that it was made vegan. Regardless, I think everything is at least vegetarian as I saw no meat/fish on their menu at all.
Ultimately I ordered the chickpea chana masala and an order of the 'masala fries'.
The chana masala was fantastic - I ordered it mild (they asked how spicy I wanted it), and for anyone who is really intolerant of heat - it would be too much - but was spot-on for my taste. Had good deep flavor - and a really good proportion of sauce to chickpeas - I've been to some places where they load up on the sauce and skimp on the protein. I wanted a starch to go with it and probably should have ordered roti (there was no vegan version of naan offered), but was curious about the fries. Since I got it to go - what it was was french fries with some different toppings in containers - a couple types of chutneys, and some chopped tomato/onion/cilantro mix. I think the idea was to top the fries with the sauces and veggies, but I just dipped - and it was good for what it was.. but definitely an americanized dish.
It was really busy (about 1pm on a Saturday), but the wait wasn't bad - about 15-20 mins, and they had a guy walking around giving samples of non-dairy (coconut milk) thai iced tea.
They also had a full pastry case with some things marked vegan.
Pros: Delicious chana masala, Fair prices, Cafe is roomy
Cons: Not fully vegan

Good Indian food - Edit
This was my first time visiting OM Indian Bistro. It has a huge menu. Nothing is labeled vegan. A staff member told me nothing has eggs, but no one was very knowledgeable about what is or isn't vegan. Everything is ala cart, so you have to order rice separately. It was reasonably priced. It's an order at the counter place and the ambiance leaves something to be desired. My food was pretty good and my friends liked their food. I didn't think the spicy was very hot, but my friend with low spice tolerance thought the mild was spicy.
