Clearly labelled vegan option + the ability to create your own - Edit
I went for the advertised vegan poke bowl that was on the menu, but you could also make your own and add anything you want, I would say this would be easier to do the better your Spanish is though. The menu option one I had tasted amazing and I would definitely recommend.

The food was good and the location is nice. I ordered a hamburger which was good but not remarkable, fries with a type of curry dip which was incredible. Unfortunately the staff was really unfriendly, barely greeted us and in general seemed bored and irritated by us being there. I'm also not really sure if my burger was really vegan because it seemed to be naturally made with some brioche bun (which doesn't sound vegan) but available with a gluten-free bun. I ordered it by explicitely saying I wanted it vegan but got the brioche-like bun, not sure if that one is vegan anyway or if they just gave me the non-vegan version (which I could totally imagine, judging by the I-don't-care-at-all attitude the waiter was radiating).

Lovely little restaurant, great music. She had the vegan burger which was available with a gluten-free bun and tasted amazing, came with fries included. I had the large Poké bowl which was full of flavour and very healthy and filling. Also a great bottle of local craft beer available. All materials are recycled, so an eye on sustainability too. Highly recommended

Delicious poke bowl - Edit
I have tried the vegan poke bowl many times, and I really love it. You can mix it just as you like, and a normal size bowl is almost enough for two persons. I also tried their vegan burger and the vegan salad, and all of the options are delicious. Especially the fries that comes with the burger are worth all the money.

I loved the concept of poké bowls, and they had lots of possible combinations. It’s really close to the city center and the place is quite nice. The menu has English translation of every dish. The only thing that I didn’t like was that they serve everything in plastic containers, but I hope they change that in the future. They also had tasty juices and fizzy drinks.
