Planning to pass through Philadelphia next week so I search Happy Cow and find this vegan place on my way. This is a primary purpose of Happy Cow. Tried to contact this venue via phone to ensure hours and location of this cart. No one answers phone and voice mailbox full. No website. Determined from Facebook page that they are still in business. The hours on Facebook say "Always Open". Hours posted on Happy Cow instruct to call ahead. They should be in service at the time that I called.

If I am passing through a city with severely limited parking that is pay to park, I want to be sure an establishment still exists and will be open at the time I will be passing through. If I cannot be reasonably assured of that satisfaction, I shall not patronize that establishment.

There is no website, only a Facebook page. No menu posting. The Facebook page says Vegetarian/Vegan. Happy Cow says Vegan. This, in and of itself, is not necessarily of concern to me but serves as a caution to vegans expecting all offerings to be vegan as this listing is categorized.

I shall update my review should anymore concrete information emerge.
