Heavy dough, cold croissant - Edit
There are 3 vegan options( cheese and ham, apple and cinnamon and straw berry jam). The dough was pretty chewy though, and it looked like a bread and not a croissant. They just slice the croissant and add cold fillings, no heating. Hot chocolate was tasteless.

Great option for breakfast - Edit
Many vegan labeled options, both savory or sweet. My favorite is the vegan ham and cheese croissant, with plant based soy milk cappuccino.
