Die Nudeln sind sehr lecker und auch der Saiten hat uns überzeugt. Es ist bloß leider nicht 100% ersichtlich was wirklich vegan ist.

Vegetarian friendly but not vegan friendly - Edit
Vegan options are NOT labeled on the menu. The V in front of the numbers stands for "vegetarian". I was told that only two noodle soups and a mango tofu dish were vegan. I went with the mango tofu dish and to be fair it was quite good.

Delicious & fresh, vegan lunch (they had 1 item on their special menu) was inexpensive and very flavourful (loved all the herbs), the grey sesame noodles were a bit too mushy and the tea water was not hot enough for my lotus to unfurl, but I wouldn't mind coming back to try the other vegan colourful noodles (all vegan except the black ones). The seitan meat was excellent, super deliciously seasoned/marinated and perfectly crispy.

As the title says, the food here is seriously good. The vegan options are clearly marked on the menu, essentially the menu alternates meat dish and veganized version. We tried the taro cake appetizer which was crispy and flavorful and I had the veggin good noodle soup which came with seitan, marinated tempeh, and plenty of fresh veggies. It was very well seasoned, great flavor. The dishes are creative and diverse, and very reasonably priced (€11 for my noodle dish). It was completely full on the Friday night, we had a reservation and would probably suggest making one.
