Excellent bagels but scarce vegan options - Edit
On the one hand, their bagels are easily among the best in Madrid (behind Bite Me).
Read moreOn the other, they only have one vegan bagel dish and most people are eating the very plentiful meat dishes in the menu. Personally I buy their bagels and take them home. And get my breakfast at the vegan cafe that's literally in front.

For less than 3€ you will get an amazing, delicious, homemade and vegan bagel which you can either consume plain (which I did from my side due to the fact that the sesame one I took was so delicious it was enough by itself!) of toast and put some vegan things on top at home. Or, if you want to eat there, they do have a vegan bagel sandwich!!! And the staff is super nice.
