Only one vegan ramen option but... - Edit
There's only one vegan ramen option on the menu but still definitely worth the visit. There are a few vegan sides. The two we tried were surprisingly flavorful and delicious: fried shishito, yuzu miso cucumber. There was a nice looking salad that I'll have to try next time. We left with full bellies and were happy we went.

Sooooo delicious BUT... - Edit
For the last 4 times we have been they have run out of the vegan dish within an hour of opening. Happening a couple of times I understand, but it was so frustrating that they didn't seem to be acknowledging what a lot of people were eating

Best vegan Ramen - Edit
Someone said this was their favorite vegan ramen, and I have to say they weren’t kidding. The broth was super rich and flavorful. mine had fresh corn, beet chips, and whole pieces of perfectly cooked okra. among other things. One of the most satisfying bowls I ever had. Plus: they had $2.00 Happy Hour appetizers so I got a plate of roasted Brussels sprouts that were blackened and amazing, and some miso-ed up cucumbers. Extremely good.

My fave vegan ramen is here, the noodles are chewy and perfect. - Edit
Add yourself to the yelp waitlist and arrive when table is ready. Broth is heavy but better to leave satisfied after eating ramen.
