Reminding me of my time in Thailand - Edit
I’m so happy we visited Noi Thai tonight. Starting with the service the waitstaff were happy to make adjustments to one of the meals we asked for to make it vegan. The vegan options are extensive with lots of starters and mains. I enjoyed a papaya salad made vegan, and a vegan kaprow. Both were flavourful and filling. Very excited to go back.

Great food, lovely variety - Edit
A little Thai place which seems very genuine. Offers vegan options (tofu) for almost every dish, with a separate section of the menu listing the favourites in one area. I had the pad kee mao and it was great! We also ordered the golden tofu small dish as a starter between two which worked really well. Lovely service and indoor / outdoor seating available.

I don’t know of another Thai place in Melbourne with so many genuinely vegan options - everything we ordered was great :)

Really good and great vegan range! - Edit
We really enjoyed it. They have a separate list with all the vegan starters and all the mains. They were also accomodating with other things in the menu making them vegan. Food was very spicy so beware if you struggle with spicy food.
