Tasty fried tofu

The fried tofu was OK. Fried, oily and salty.
It would be a better experience if the tofu wasn’t served on a piece of styrofoam plastic with aluminium foil.

Incredible tofu

We got the fried tofu and it was SO delicious. Unlike any tofu I’ve had in the US. A must try if you’re visiting Nikishi!

The only tofu in Nishiki Market

At the end of our visit we found this shop, the only one that serves tofu. The fried tofu was tasty, but the dough was was a little to raw. Nevertheless a great shop that is unfortunately little visited.
