Excellent options and relaxing place - Edit
The spot is out of the busy streets and offers lots of seats. You are welcome by very gentle staff and guided in recommendations you can trust with a blind eye. I went few times to try other dishes and loved the roast seitan cooked with Chianti: it melted in the mouth

Favorite place in Firenze - Edit
Liked everything about the place! The food was excellent , with a lot of good choice. It was really tasty and healthy (best carbonara and tiramisu ever since vegan) and the vibe of the place was also very restful! Very pleasant within a big city as is Firenze.

So good and great prices!! - Edit
I love the big menu of all options! Everything is vegan😍🥹 The Seitan and tiramisu are so good…went back twice for it. I will say my only negative comment is the free bread they provide - it’s not that good.

Did not meet expectations - Edit
The truffle spaghetti was too truffle-y. You'd expect some truffle on top, but this was heavily loaded with truffle oil. Tiramisu was not what you'd expect in Italy.

because you said to me , it was all good and you even finished it!!!! we don't use truffle oil!!!!!!!! be careful what you write...

I forgot to remind you that the traditional tiramisu you say is with eggs and has milk. ours is entirely vegan. Thank you anyway for the 3 stars

For the record, I've been vegan 6+ years now and I don't remember what 'regular' tiramusi tastes like. My comparison is related to other vegan ones I've tried. I was not by any chance dissing your business or the food in general, It was a mere expression of my personal food taste, and we are all entitled to have our own opinions/preferences.

Good food - Edit
I enjoyed the gnocchi with red pesto.
Read moreThe seitan with white beans was also good, but less exiting.
Tiramisu was a bit watery I think (though I don't remember how it should taste), but was quite light so perfect as dessert.
The place itself isn't cozy.

O M G Vegan tiramisu! 🤤 Creamy deliciousness. Cake just right, not soggy. Best I've ever had.
Read moreI also tried the carbonara with truffles. Very good. Served with vegan parmesan. (First time Ive been offered vegan parmesan in Italy, think I will have to start traveling with nutritional yeast 😉)
Great service. Sorry I will not be able to try this restaurant a few more times before leaving Florence.
Pros: Tiramisu!, So many options - all vegan!, Great service

The truffle pasta of my dreams - Edit
The ruffle tagliatelle was a hearty portion full of flavor. The grilled vegetable side dish was less successful as it was completely unadorned by seasoning, and the eggplant was slightly bitter.

Solid but that's all - Edit
Huge variety of vegan dishes. The food is solid, but there is nothing to remember.. nothing that stands out. Prices are fair, and the service is friendly.

Pros: All vegan restaurant, Lots of dishes, The Parmigiano
Cons: Food is ordinary, Bread needed more salt and wasn't fresh
Jana87!
good morning, I'm sorry that you have nothing to remember, because every preparation requires hours of work...... also I'm sorry that I also asked you if you liked it and you said "everything's fine"... .
Read morethe seitan you ate is produced by hand by us
It's impossible for a person who eats vegan not to notice it
bread is bought every day!! it is a Tuscan bread, Tuscan bread is famous because it is without salt, I also remind you that it is also free
Having said that, I'm sorry that it wasn't to your liking
have a good time

Delicious - Edit
We have been to a lot of Italy so far but this was our first vegan restaurant so it was such a relief to have vegan options like ravioli and caprese! Anyway the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I want to try all the vegan restaurants in Florence but I’m tempted to go back here because it was so nice.
Read moreTheir menu did have a note saying “if something isn’t vegan it will be marked” but then nothing was marked on the menu as not vegan? So I don’t know what that implies. Anyway it was great.

Nice vegan plates. I'll recommnd the second plates, not the primary one as it is just pasta or rice and i was disappointed by the classic taste. Seitan was good. Did not had time to take desert.

Probably the best vegan restaurant - Edit
We had the truffle carbonara, which was the best pasta we’ve had get in Italy, and the seitan crumb which was cheesy but still good.
Read moreBoth also had tirasmisu which was good.
I hesitate giving this a 5 as it still wasn’t ‘amazing’ compared to say the vegan food in London, just the best we’ve come across in Florence, so worth being top of the happy cow list.
