I Just took a lentils soup to take away (and it tasted delicious!) but the small talking I had with the owner really made me emotional. He's a wonderful human being and a proud vegan! I loved my experience and would 100% recommend this place... See you next time I'm in Luxembourg! < 3

We were hungry and decided that we wanted curry. We thankfully came to NIRVANA which is just a short walk from all the main highlights of the tourist area.

We had a wonderful daily special of mushroom curry and an order of samosa.
Everything was perfect.
We were actually stuffed for such an affordable price.
I highly recommend you try this place if you are ever in the area!

Read moreAfter I ordered they received a much larger order so they offered me a free drink, including a beer or a soft drink, due to the slightly longer waiting time.
I had a jumbo nirvana wrap which came with a side salad and dressing.
The salad and dressing were nice to have but not exceptional. The wrap was tasty and adequately spicy (I was offered spiciness on a scale of 1 to 3, I went with 2. I think I have a relatively high spice tolerance for someone used to European cuisine, and I found 2 to be a good level of hot. Just spicy enough to taste it but not enough to subdue everything else in the wrap. YMMV.).
Perhaps noteworthy for tourists like myself:
It's expensive.
At least they do offer 10% off if you get takeaway in the evening.

Wonderful dishes and service. 100% vegan and proud of it, was so lovely to go there and relax without having to double check everything. Took some photos of the menu and dishes. We got a pot of chai too, that was so nice!!

Wir hatten ein Gemüsecurry, frittiertes Brot mit Kichererbsen und Gemüse im Kichererbsenmantel. Die Preise scheinen knackig für deutsche Verhältnisse. Für Luxemburg sind sie sehr ok. Und dann sind die Portionen riesig. Man kann mehrfach davon essen. Also sehr lohnenswert.

Friendly and welcoming service. No frills. Fully vegan. They told us the food can take a while because they insist on using fresh products. It took 30 minutes when we were there, which is really not that long. Plenty and tasty, easy to share, and good location!

I had the standard box to take away the dish of the day. It was delicious and an amazing price (6,60€!) and the staff and the owner were really kind and accommodating. Since it was the dish of the day, it was served within 2 min. It was a yellow curry I’d never had before, with some sort of soya chunks. I was very impressed!

Nous avons eu un accueil fantastique tout du long. Notre petit chien était aussi le bienvenu. Monsieur est dévoué à la cause vegan et j'étais ravie d'avoir pu échanger avec lui sur ses convictions. Les plats étaient délicieux également. Qu'est ce qu'on a bien mangé ! Le chole bathura était le meilleur de tous. Il était assaisonné à la perfection. Je recommande à 100% et reviendrai dès que j'en aurai l'occasion.
