Amazing food- double check what’s vegan

The food was super good! But their menu is sooooo poorly labeled and the wait staff doesn’t seem to know what’s in the food. Things are labeled vegan (like a beef dish) that’s is very non vegan and things aren’t labeled vegan (like cauliflower) that were vegan when we asked. I would recommend the food if you are comfortable pressing the staff to ask the kitchen to double check ingredients. Even the waitress was confused by their menu.
