Me and my boyfriend decided to come here for dinner and drinks on our anniversary. We reserved before and arrived late because of traffic. When we arrived they told us kitchen is closed- no mention of it closing at a specific time on the website, neither did they mentioned it on the phone. Not how we hoped our day to end.

Hey, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. You can find the opening hours of the kitchen on fb, google and our website. Furthermore you reserved a table in a bar/restaurant and didnt said that you want to eat explicitly.
Read moreIt was very crowded and we still blocked the table 30min for you, when you arrived we offered you some shots for free for the inconvenience of the kitchen closure, even after you came late. Whatever, bad days happens. I think to pretend we wouldnt care might be harsh. You are still very welcome, and we both do better in the future.

I went here with a non-vegan friend, and we both enjoyed our meals. I got the Tempting Tempeh Burger, with Jalapeños, with salad and homemade juice. All for 9.20 EUR (including a tip). Very filling, and very good. I was too full to try the vegan ice cream. Next time!

delicious food and awesome principles that stand behind it. the atmosphere is very pleasant, it can get quite busy and it feels kinda gastropub-ish, which i thought was awesome. the only downside was the service. we went there on a friday night, the place was absolutely packed, and there were only two people simultaneously working at the bar and waiting on tables. after nobody found the time to get to us after 25 minutes, we ordered at the bar, which worked out fine in the end. no problems with that, but changing the concept so that people order at the bar or employing more staff would be helpful. overall would definitely return! the black bean patty is incredibly meaty and the fries are fantastic.

A nice chill place, with good options for vegans. We enjoyed the Christmas burger and the tempeh burger and kimchi chips. The flavours were pretty good but both me and my boyfriend left with upset stomachs, maybe an ingredient.. but well we liked the place, felt like it fitted in Berlin.

The burgers were nice. I had the pulled seitan burger. I’m not such a fan of “bbq” sauce flavors, so it was a little over bearing for me. My husbands tempeh burger was less bbq intense, so this was the better choice for us. It was a nice burger joint, would recommend for those wanting some bbq flavours.

The alternative vibe of the place is great and it is not pretentious at all. The service is a little hit and miss but again, at least it’s genuine. Would come back for sure

The vibe is punk-ish and yet very neighbourhood friendly, you can come with friend or family and it will makes no different.
the fries are fantastic!!! and burgers can be really good or just fine, depend on the day.

I arrived at 21.40. I asked if we could sit outside and the girl at the bar said: sure, no problem. I sat outside and i waited 20 mins. Then i asked if i could order because i was waiting and they said not ouside because the needed to close the terrace. Cool, i moved inside, and i took a place and they said: sorry but the kitchen is closed, come another day. Never again. Berlin’s customer service is bad but in this place is the hell.

Probably the worst service in Berlin - Edit
They took our order.
Read moreCame back 20mins later to tell us 2 of the burgers from our 10 person table weren't available anymore.
Ordered new burgers. 15 more mins to say one of those was off the menu too.
2 people didn't get served until after everyone else was finished.
2 beers were charged but never got to our table.
3 different staff served us, all but the female staff member were super rude.
"whatever, work it out yourself" when we said we didn't get everything we ordered.
Ignoring us when we spoke to them (at least half of us were German and most communciation was done in German).
"I don't care, when we politely told them it was the wrong thing they gave us".
We could see the staff behind the bar drinking a lot of shots and having a nice time. Shame that we didn't have the same experience.
Hands down thee WORST service i've ever experienced in Berlin...which isn't known for it's niceties.

It was the first vegan restaurant I tried in Berlin, and I must say one of the best. The food is sort of fast food, but very well made and presented. Most of the portions are really big and filling. The place is very well distributed and perfect to chill for a while. Also the staff are super nice. I read a comment saying they don´t accept credit card, but they do. The price is also pretty okey, about 15 quid for 2 people
