Food was good and drinks were really nice too. Seating and service were a bit uncomfortable each. Unfortunately the poutine is made with a nacho cheese type of sauce and not curds but was still really unique and worth the try. Not the best burger place I’ve ever been to but can still recommend! Book in advance though, it’s difficult to get reservation and you can’t reserve on the phone.

Burgers, Fries, Salad, Cake, Sauces; all of this was so delicious. I also liked the interior. They had some techno music which i always love to hear but it was a bit too loud for my mom lol. The staff was very friendly but slow.

Poorly described menu - Edit
The menu (available in German only) does a poor job in describing the different dishes. I asked for a burger without tomato due to allergy, but got one with ketchup (since ketchup wasn't in the description I didn't ask for it to be omitted). My boyfriend ordered poutine, which was covered in mayo and ketchup (he hates both of those condiments) but didn't mention those ingredients on the menu. The cheese sauce was frankly the worst thing on my burger, among the worst cheese I've tried during 6 years of being vegan. If you have any allergies or dislikes in terms of food, ask very carefully before ordering here.

To make you feel comfortable you have to be a little more specific about your needs. we are quite good in reading the wishes of our customers, but its not working all the time. We are sorry that the cheezy wasnt corresponding with your taste, but its by far the most sold and loves sauce we have. Still cool that we had you here😄Next time you can for sure tell us this directly, so we now best how to improve.

Food in this place is yummy, however it's difficult to get served. Chaos is everywhere, half of the menu was not available. The personel is forgetting about the orders. If you seek taste, it's okay, if you seek hospitality probably try different place.

Been here in June 21 with some non-vegan friends. Everybody enjoyed the experience and had superb draft beer, a tasty burger with fries and ice cream.

I didn’t have a burger but the kanadian dish Poutine and let me tell you it was one of the best comfort foods I ever had. I never tried it and especially not a vegan version but it was just so delicious. I would just go back for this but they also have a lot of different burgers that sounded delicious and my friends all had one and were very happy.

Called an hour ahead for a reservation for 830. We were late as we completely misjudged the distance and literally travelled across Berlin to get to this place. Dumb on our behalf yes.
Read moreArriving at 9pm and being told there is no food being servered now. Is a different story. Why when I’m calling for a reservation for 830.. would they not explain the kitchen closes at 9. Or at least make this information public somewhere.
Was treated poorly as we arrived from the get go I seriously had hoped people who were passionate about a genuinely good cause had some decency about their customers.

Hey, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. You can find the opening hours of the kitchen on fb, google and our website. Furthermore you reserved a table in a bar/restaurant and didnt said that you want to eat explicitly.
Read moreIt was very crowded and we still blocked the table 30min for you, when you arrived we offered you some shots for free for the inconvenience of the kitchen closure, even after you came late. Whatever, bad days happens. I think to pretend we wouldnt care might be harsh. You are still very welcome, and we both do better in the future.
