A conventional supermarket chain that stocks some organic products as well vegan foods. You'll find vegan cheese, veggie sausages (bulsur), non-dairy milk and cream, sweets, frozen foods, and more.

Go to Kronan instead

Went here as it was the main supermarket listed on Happy Cow but whilst there were a good number of non-dairy milks/yoghurts and frozen meat alternatives, the fresh produce was severely lacking. They also didn't have any unsweetened soy milk.
We went to the nearby Kronan the day after and it has a much larger selection of vegan products so would go there instead!

Pros: In a mall

Cons: Limited produce

Enough options 🌱

So many vegan options in every netto I come. Love it! Everything is expensive, but so is Iceland itself ;)

On vacation I rate differently then I would at home. This is because of how many vegan places are around, the quality and how many options there are in the restaurant.

Supermarket with good vegan options

It's a supermarket (that you can find almost everywhere in Iceland) with quite a good selection of vegan products - you just have to find them! There is a whole section separate from the rest of the store (in the back, next to the frozen meat) where you can find most of the vegan goods. Although I saw some vegan Ben and Jerry's in the regular ice cream shelf.

Pros: Lots of vegan products
