Delicious vegetarian cafe - Edit
Went with the vegetarian burger and it wasn't bad at all. The fries side order was a bit oily but tasted fine. Drinks are really good. Service was nice, fun the staff recognized me from eating at their restaurant next door earlier. Look forward to returning and exploring more of their menu.

Will definitely return high quality food! - Edit
We were on our way home from Sunway Pyramid and randomly came across this place on happy cow. We arrived and place was very clean and warm environment. Staff clearly clarified that the dishes we ordered didn’t have animal products. We ordered so much food and it was amazing! So tasty

Amazing food - Edit
I’ve tried many dishes here and all were delicious! The fruit tea here (with passion fruit) as well is a must try. So many vegan dishes - you can’t go wrong. Nice ambience here too.

Delicious Food!! - Edit
I especially the prawn noodles and my Mum loves the curry mee. The service is quick and my Mum and I eat at this cafe at least once a week when I’m in town. I also recently tried a flower tea and besides the fact that it looked pretty, it tasted good too! Nothing artificial about it. And of course the pricing of food is very reasonable which is always an added bonus! 😊😊

Consistently delicious! - Edit
[Update, 28/3/19: FYI for vegans, I asked the manager tonight if the yong taufu and shiumai contain eggs and she confirmed that they do. She also confirmed that the green curry, like the curry laksa, is made only with coconut milk without any cow milk mixed in.]
Read moreNature's Recipe is one of my favourite vegetarian restaurants in town and I've lost count of my visits. At the top of my list are the special porridge and curry laksa (made with coconut milk, no cow milk), and every meat eater I've brought here has enjoyed these dishes, and pretty much everything else. I happily recommend the rojak tofu puffs, fruit rojak, lotus leaf wrapped sticky rice, lor mai kai (sticky rice with mushroom and mock meat), nasi kunyit, fried turnip cake, wu kok (fried taro puff) and jade dumplings. For dessert, the tong yuin (rice balls filled with sesame paste) in a sweet gingery broth is a great eh to end a meal. I haven't been disappointed so far and look forward to trying everything on their menu!
This is a place to bring meat eaters. In my experience they have been impressed that food can taste this good without the use of tortured animals and many have returned on their own. As with all places, they serve cold drinks with straws so please do ask them not to. :-)
Pros: Lots of delicious vegan options, Nice comfortable space, Good value for money
Cons: Still using straws

Nice vegan-friendly cafe style restaurant - Edit
Nature's Recipe cafe belongs to the same group of restaurants as the Nature's Vegetarian restaurants in Bangsar, Mont Kiara, and just across the road in Petaling Jaya.
Read moreWhile these serve more traditional Chinese dishes, Nature'r recipe cafe offers bistro-style dishes. Some classic Chinese vegetarian dishes, but also local favourites and burgers. Their prices are moderate, the food is nice, and the service is normally quick.
I have tried their burgers, their curry, the bak-kut-teh, and all of these were nice. The staff know about veganism and are able to tell whether a certain dish is suitable or not.
All in all, a nice little cafe, just the right place to go to if you want to have a quick bite, or something more substantial.
Pros: Quick and tasty food, Wide selection in menu, Moderate prices
Cons: Parking can ge an issue
