Reservation cancellled without justification. - Edit
Our lunch reservation was cancelled late the night before. We called the restaurant and it was already closed. We had made the reservation more than 5 days in advance and with the cancellation, we couldn't get a lunch reservation at another vegan restaurant. The way they treat customers is disrespectful. We were there on another trip to Madrid last year and found it too much fuss for too little flavor, but we decided to go back because it was near the hotel. Never again.

Beautiful Drinks, Underwhelming Food 🥲 - Edit
The coconut passionfruit drink was absolutely delicious — refreshing and perfectly balanced. We also appreciated the complimentary hummus and bread starter, which was a thoughtful touch and a lovely way to start the meal.
Read moreUnfortunately, the food was a bit underwhelming. All the dishes arrived cold and the burger bun was soggy. The fries would have been better with a sauce included. Also the burrito was fairly plain and lacking flavor.
Overall, it was okay, but not particularly memorable.

Amazing food experience - Edit
Everything I ate was really good. The food was comfortable and flavourful. I tasted all of their entrees and the gnocchi and I will certainly come back for the vegan sushi which I am sure is as amazing as everything else.

We got the pre-set menu and everything was delicious along with 3 glasses of wine each! The eggplant with hummus and sushi were our favorite. I think me missed a course or two when taking pictures but I’d highly recommend coming here, especially for a more upscale vibe. Plan on staying for a few hours, at least for the pre-set menu as it did take a while.

Incredible experience ✨ - Edit
I have been to this place many times, and they always surprise me. This last time we had some incredible stuff, kale fritters, baos, mushroom risotto, gnocci. The drinks were also delicious, and the FLAN! 100% recommended. I went with my husband (vegan) and two non vegans and everyone was amazed. Love it!!

Two mainsto share: A sushi roll (the one with breaded oyster mushroom) and a main (the pasta) (sushi roll was my favourite)
And we each had a desert. I was struggling to finnish my plate at the end because the food was filling, however, I think they give the perfect amount of food per portion.
The espresso martini also is stunning. Creamy and rich.
The service was great and I liked the ambiance of the restaurant.

They charge you for water and for some random dish they automatically set at your table and act like it's complementary. Borderline fraud.
The prices are insane for what you get.
The food was average.

it's a very nice place, the food is quite bold with strong flavours. From what I had some of the dishes are top notch and some I wouldn't eat at all.
Read moreThe ceviche from the starter menu I'd add to my last meals, I loved it. The risotto was great. Wontons had perfect shape. Presentation in general is superb.
The Caesar salad was not great, a bit of a sour taste and not creamy enough, not enough dressing.
The flan was quite bad, I couldn't have more than a couple of bites.
We tried a few other things which were ok.
It's pricey. Perhaps similar prices to good places in Europe.

Read moreEn Instagram enseñan unas salas con paredes ondulantes y una decoración moderna y minimalista. Pero esa sala solo se usa para eventos, solo la ves de pasada. Donde cenas es en un espacio industrial y bastante desangelado. El camarero fue realmente muy atento y profesional, pero la comida no fue nada especial. El precio es bastante elevado y no se cuidan los detalles, como que si pides una cerveza te traigan una lata a la mesa, y los cubiertos esten en un cubo.

Estaba fumando si visitar este lugar porque normalmente los lugares muy gourmet suelen ser pequeños los platos y siempre me quedo con hambre. Si es el caso aquí también, pero pedimos bastante así que eso no pasó. Me encantaron los sabores, no tan comunes como todos lados. Muy originales y el sabor delicioso. It was yummy! Everything was vegan. Would especially recommend the maki tempura and pizza bianca. It did take our food 3 hours (no exaggeration) to show up if you include dessert - think the kitchen messed up but we were confused.

Inconsistent quality and inferior service - Edit
This is an upscale restaurant by their description, but it is not there yet. We went to brunch, but we were told the brunch menu was only available until noon on Sunday, while the website says the restaurant doesn’t even open till 11 on Sunday. OK so we’re fine ordering from the regular menu. I guess we should’ve known better than to order Italian dishes at an all vegan somewhat Asian inspired restaurant. We ordered three appetizers which were actually quite good; the spicy sushi roll, a baked sweet potato with toppings and a citrusy/avocado sauce, and mushroom(I think) skewers. Our three main dishes were very disappointing. I had the cannoli Verdura with tomato and béchamel sauces. Maybe it is just my personal preference, but the best amount was baked on top of the cannoli and thus quite dry. The dish was edible but not what I expected from this restaurant. My daughter had the ravioli, which was literally swimming in a flavorless oil so much so that she had to pay them with napkins just to eat them, and it only half of them; they were just way too greasy. The third entrée was a mushroom risotto that again was edible, but not of the quality you expect from a Matthew Kenny and for Argentina, very expensive. Risotto should be al dente and it was overcooked. We ordered the crème brûlée on the flan for dessert and they were much like the appetizers quite good and what we expected at this restaurant I’m not sure how long they have been there. They were not very busy, and the service was quite slow, even for Argentina, it was quite a disappointment since I brought my daughter and her friend who are not vegan hoping to show them how truly gourmet, vegan food can be exquisite!
