To die for Thai food! - Edit
How have I not been here before? Muan serves to die for Thai food in Brixton market which is a fun laid back location. I had the dumplings with Tom yum sauce and they were heaven. Also great cocktails. I hear the pad Thai is a true classic but I’ll have to come back to try it

Thai Delights - Edit
Great restaurant located inside the vibrant Brixton Village. I ordered the shitake mushroom and tofu skewers, and the drunken noodles with tofu from the diverse menu. Both dishes were flavourful and perfectly spiced. The red wine was nice too. Staff were friendly. Best to reserve a table in advance.

Great Thai food - Edit
Quick service in this little nook restaurant within the heart of the market. Plenty of choice but they should make their service charge clear.

Perfect - Edit
'Pork' dumplings were super flavourful, and thai basil and beef stir fry was amazing, the flavours were all spot on. Pad thai was delicious too, not too sweet.

Cannot recommend enough. Nice vibe, great food. Lots of options nearby for a drink too. The green curry with a roti was my fave.

Best flavours - Edit
Authentic and amazing Thai street food. The flavours were incredible, especially the tofu and mushroom skewers. I already feel like I need to come back to try the whole menu. The cocktails weren’t great tho, recommend something else to drink.

Best food I’ve eaten in London - Edit
Oh my lord. I’ve been wanting to try Muan for a while and I already can’t wait to make the journey back to Brixton!!! Ive lived in London a year and slowly making my way around all the vegan spots and I think this has got to be my number 1!
Read moreWe had the salt and fresh chilli ‘imaginary calamari’ , popcorn chicken and the shiitake mushroom and tofu skewers, also with a cocktail. Between 2 of us this was the perfect amount of food for a light Sunday afternoon meal, it came to £44 (I had a cocktail too)
Pros: Authenticity , Menu , Portion size

Flavourful & good price - Edit
Muan sits inside the lovely Brixton Market. You can enjoy the atmosphere as you chomp into some very very tasty all Vegan Thai food. They offer much more than Pad Thai too. We had the Vegan Chicken Popcorn, Dumplings in tom yum sauce, tofu skewers and rice. We recommend the oat tea drink as well.

I really enjoyed the food here at Muan. A lovely lunch spot, I had the spicy laab and the flavours were very good, I like a bit more spice but was like the real thing. Fresh and tasty.

Good - Edit
Everything on the menu was very tempting and it was hard to choose. We had the steaks and the papaya salad with a portion of sticky rice. Everything was good (especially the steaks that felt very duck-like) though not incredible. Portions are very small for the price and we were still hungry afterward. We also got charged for tap water a service fee that wasn't mentioned anywhere...

Food is above average but not 5*. - Edit
I went and had the crispy dumplings and pad thai.
Read moreThe crispy dumplings were excellent but I didn’t really get on with the pad thai. I found the apples didn’t really work with the dish and ruined it a bit so I ended up eating them first. Also, I found the pad thai too bean-sprouty i.e. it had way too much bean sprout! This ruined and the apples ruined the overall taste of the dish. The noodles themselves were good but there was not enough of them. I feel like they should have more noodles and less bean sprout in this dish and do away with the apple.
Pros: Good crispy dumpling, Friendly staff and good customer service, 100% vegan
Cons: Weird pad thai, No hot drinks (no green tea or jasmine tea)
