Korean chain with many vegan options

They have vegan kimchi here and kimchi pancake in a lovely dipping sauce, yum! They have three different noodle stir fries with japchae, udon, or soba. We tried the japchae one which was nice with many veggies like mushroom, carrot and maybe cabbage. They have a ramyun which was quite simple but tasty with bean sprouts. It’s their first week so everything is 30% off. We want to come back tomorrow and try more like the bibimbap and noodle dishes.
