BEST falafel I've ever had (although wrap was a little bland & stodgy)... Unfortunately, had to pick it out of the wrap, as Mr F's hygiene standards were seriously appalling! Sat at counter and saw him touching the phone, money and (dirty) microwave WHILST making the next customers' wrap without washing his hands or changing gloves (I didn't see how he made mine!!). If I wasn't starving, I would have thrown mine in the bin (stomach hurt for days afterwards... Clearly mild food poisoning). Someone call the hygiene standards authority!
