Great steamed buns in Uptown - Edit
Moto-I is a frequent spot that I visit with my non-vegan friends. They have good cocktails, flavorful noodle dishes, and the steamed buns are SO tasty. The tofu buns and the yakiudon are my favorites.

This place is interesting. It has a bar vibe and upscale decor with a sumo wrestling motif. Several vegan options. My ramen was good, but the tofu bun was even better! I also had a delicious cocktail.

Great options ! My favorite is the maitake abura ramen made vegan style !!! I also love the agedashi tofu bun and the Idaho fries ! Bibimbap bowl with mock duck and the mock duck bun are very good as well.

Stopped in here since we live nearby. Hadn't been there for a while so was very happy to find a few vegetarian selections which is unusual for a Japanese restaurant. We had the mushroom ramen and it was very good, but would have liked the broth a bit hotter (temperature). Also ordered fries (typical bar food); it was a serving fit for at least 4 people! There is a rooftop deck but it wasn't quite warm enough in the season for it. I'd be happy to return to Moto-i again soon
