Ramen Goodness - Edit
I came here after I found that my go to dumpling place in town had permanently closed. I was pleasantly surprised that their menus had a good amount of overlap. I got to scratch my itch for bao and ramen after all. It wasn’t exactly the same but still good. The Citrus Shoyo ramen was delish. The menu clearly lists veg and vegan options. The staff was friendly and the location was good for people watching. Would recommend.

Love the new menu! - Edit
Recently had dinner here after not eating here for a while and loved all the new vegan items. Everything is clearly labeled vegan and there were lots of appetizers and entrees to choose from. The tofu katsu bao and the fries were my favorites. Can't wait to go back and try more of their options!

Great vegan options on a clearly labeled menu. Deep multifaceted flavors and the large plates were quite filling. A great option in town in a relaxed but well done atmosphere.

Really good Raman, bao and other unique options. Portions aren’t huge but you’ll walk away satisfied. Vegan items marked V , where vegetarian items are marked with a V. There are vegan options for appetizers and entrees.

Market Vegetables has a delicious sauce. The flavor balance is purrrfection. I would give 5 stars if the restaurant was all vegan. Be sure to ask them to make changes to make dishes vegan. You can also build your own dishes--highly modifiable.
