The most expensive avocado toast I’ve ever paid in 30 years of existence on this Earth 😂 - Edit
I think I probably paid for the most expensive avocado toast in my entire life (14€ for two slices of bread and avocado). Sure it was really good and Brussels is a capital so you should expect to pay higher prices but even in Paris I can’t recall paying that much for an avocado toast. They also had a vegan chocolate cake. Coffee was good but nothing out of this world. Also, the sink in the restrooms was broken so you had to ask the staff at the counter to wash your hands on their sink. I agree with the previous review about the dog sitting where people eat, it seems that they don’t really respect hygienic basics…

Very limited choice, dog on table - Edit
This is a rather normal coffee shop that had only two vegan items when we were there: an overpriced avocado toast (not very imaginative) and a vegan cinnamon roll (that was good). But what really put me off was that I saw a lady let her dog - coming in straight from the dirty street - walk on the bench/table where people were sitting and putting their food, and nobody told her off. Very unhygienic, not to say disgusting.

Cons: Very unsanitary, Limited choice, Rather overpriced

Very good cafe for vegans! - Edit
Good cafe serving coffee in all its forms as well as some desserts and savory food. There are some vegan options including oat milk for coffee. The cafe is very comfortable and the staff were welcoming. I had the avocado toast, which was very good albeit a little expensive. The coffee was also very nice with oat milk! Overall it was nice😄

Specialty coffee - Edit
Amazing specialty coffee. Oat milk available. From what I’ve seen, they don’t serve meat or fish , only vegetarian. A lot of vegan options pastry-wise. For example a cinnamon bun or lemon olive oil cake. Also some lunch options. I had the brothy beans which were hearty and filling.

good - Edit
The place is very small so it's probably always as packed as that day I visited it. I enjoyed my avocado toast very much - the filter coffee, not su much.

tasty - Edit
I had the granola bowl and my brother had avocado on toast. Both really tasty and beautifully presented. Would have liked a few more options though.

Lovely place with a dedicated staff - Edit
Great options on the daily menu. Had a lovely avocado on toast with herbs. Staff spoke Dutch, French and English. It was an absolute treat to be able to see the cook work in the open kitchen, she looked so passionate about what she was creating. Great breakfast!

Great food! - Edit
Me and a friend had an amazing ‘vegetable plate’ at Mok. Thinly sliced beetroot, capers, grapefruit, nasturtium, pistachios were all treated really lightly but to fascinating and delicious effect. Lovely filter coffee too.

I tried the soup - it was celeriac and garnished with wakame and lime - interesting, tasty and filling and severed with good sourdough bread. Friendly service. Pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.

Best vegan food in Brussels - Edit
Toasts are delicious and nice portions. The chia pudding is creamy (coconut based) and really very good too. All the food is fresh, inventive and made with great raw materials.

Great! - Edit
Not so many options but it is a good place for breakfast. The breakfast bowl with fruit, granola, chia, soy yogurt is quite filling but not sweet enough for my taste :) but if you are more on the healthy side it might be good for you! They have homemade sourdough bread which is really delicious! With hummus and asparagus it was amazing!

luscious food in hipster-cool cafe - Edit
A bit further out the centre, but worth the walk. Avocado toasts were extravagant and delicious. Chia pudding was a bit heavy. Cold brew coffee served with lime - lovely. Menu is limited but from what I saw the options look amazing. I want to go back to try the hummus with cacao and banana, and the vegan cookies! Free water on tap too, which was a nice touch. Kitchen open until 4pm on Saturdays.
