“Mitika” never dies! - Edit
I’ve been staying at the Coco Hacienda Tulum hotel and mostly eating at their two restaurants. I was so happy to see that about 50% is vegan options and I would not go hungry. The staff will also modify some of the non vegan items to make them vegan friendly . The staff is super nice and accommodating.
