Unique Experience - Edit
This is a fun little place to stop at in Yaletown for a cool vegan treat. They mix the ice cream right in front of you using liquid nitrogen. I tried the chocolate and the vanilla and enjoyed them both immensely.

Tasty liquid nitrogen ice cream - Edit
Offers a few oat milk iIce cream sandwhich bars in a variety of flavours (vanilla, coconut, coffee). Covered in oreo crumbs with an optional dip into melted chocolate which is then frozen with liquid nitrogen in front of you! Very tasty and fun concept.
