Elite vegan food - Edit
Great food and so many vegan options.
Read moreI cannot for the life of me remember the name of the dish I had - but it’s delicious. It was pumpkin and mushroom with a mock meat in there too. The sauce was so tasty and not like anything I’ve eaten before. Really recommend this dish!
We also shared the rainbow salad which was light and refreshing!

Hard to find but worth it - Edit
I had trouble finding that place and I still don't understand why they built that restaurant in a such abandoned building but anyway. The food is very good and the staff very friendly. Worth giving a try

One of the best Vegan places in KL! - Edit
The Sichuan mala noodles are absolutely delicious with the perfect level of spice—it wakes you up like five shots of coffee! The spicy fried rice is just as amazing. We've visited more than 10 times, and every meal still tastes fresh and consistently excellent. Highly recommended for anyone who loves spicy vegan food!

I ate the sweat and sour rice, a bubble tea and a smoothie. None was good.
You can see they are not working well on their dishes by the number of dishes in the menu.
Please, improve your food

Location un po' nascosta e isolata(seguire bene le indicazioni dei cartelli all'ingresso del centro), ma ristorante molto carino. Personale super gentile, locale curato e cibo buono.

Minf Houze Vegan Cafe - Edit
The pumpkin tofu dish was wildly delicious! I never knew pumpkin could taste so good. The sauce was well-flavored, and the tofu was cooked perfectly. It’s amazing what they’ve done with simple ingredients.
Read moreThe location is a bit hard to find, and we honestly almost turned around because the entire mall it’s located in looked closed and rundown. But don’t give up! Just go to the 3rd floor, then follow the signs. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant itself surprisingly was very cute despite what the rest of the mall looked like.

Hidden gem - Edit
It’s not exactly hidden, since you can find it on Happy Cow and Google Maps. It is tucked away on the third floor of Wisma Cosway. The building itself is quite sad. The escalators are off, and there are many storefronts that are empty/papered over. There are hardly any people inside and nearly no signs of life. I was sure that Minf Houze would be closed whenever I finally found it. Thankfully, I was wrong.
Read moreMinf Houze was, indeed, open. It’s in a corner of the building on the third floor, and there were probably more people inside the restaurant than the rest of the building combined. I had a wonderful meal here: kampung curry soup with rice and banana smoothie. The soup wasn’t much to look at but it tasted great, and I always love a well-made banana smoothie (this was definitely one). It’s too bad it’s not in a better location. Instead, it’s in the saddest building in the busiest neighborhood, Bukit Bintang, in Kuala Lumpur. There’s a good chance I’ll come back, because the menu is extensive and 100% vegan.

Huge menu - Edit
Went here for lunch twice because it’s so good! The waffles are enormous, I had the vanilla cloud waffle which was incredible. I also had a pineapple smoothie which is almost a meal itself.

Make sensible choice next time 🤔 - Edit
I wish I could have been more thoughtful with my order. The ginseng chrysanthemum tea wasn't fresh ginseng, it was from a bottled syrup and way too sweet. The veggie tempura was disappointing - mostly leafy greens with a few teeny tiny broccoli and sweet potato pieces. Maybe I'll try the tofu mushroom clay pot next time. It's a bit pricey, but the atmosphere and location are great.

Pricey but great quality and huge portions - Edit
On the 3rd floor of a small mall, not easy to locate but once you get to the 3rd floor there are signs which you can follow. The mall is quite empty at night but felt safe enough around 7-8 pm.
Read moreThe food here is amazing, I had their signature pumpkin abacus beads, a traditional Hakka Chinese dish veganized. Rice needs to be ordered on the side. The prices here are quite steep, even for KL standards. But to be fair the portion was huge, I almost couldn’t finish it and I was quite hungry. Drinks are not cheap either, only some soda’s for about 6RM. In some places you can get a meal for that price :-). I opted for a caramel Franilla (frappe but with vanilla) which turned out to be an excellent choice as it was tasty.
Food quality was very good, portions are huge and staff was very friendly. Order via QR and pay online (credit card possible) or at the counter (card or cash). Anyways you have to pay when you order, not at the end of your meal.

Wanted to like it more... - Edit
Not the easiest place to find. Unfortunately the meal fell down on silly things. The ordering system is a bit silly and the physical menu isn't exhaustive so its confusing how much there is to order as the app doesn't match the physical menu. Also doesn't explain whether some foods come with noodles etc so we ended up over ordering. Doesn't explain spice level on everything so was our ramen too hot for kids.
Read moreThey forgot one of the kids dishes and so we had to wait a while for it to be ready and the rest had finished eating.
Id recommend the rainbow salad and the food was ok to good but just not great. Shame though.
Oh and also its a little pricey

So many options! - Edit
This was our first step after we arrived and we were SO HUNGRY! This place has so many options to choose from, so we went for vegan ramen with kimchi (spicy) and some other kind of ramen. Both were delicious. The drinks are super special - we tried the brown sugar boba and the dragon fruit smoothie.

Lovely food - Edit
Tucked away on the top floor of a centre you'll find this gem - luckily we read reviews on how to find it (head straight to the top floor). Attentive service and fresh food had us wanting to come back again and again. Their miso udon soup and pumpkin tofu creamy sauce were delicious. Forgot to take photos as we were too busy eating.

Underwhelming - Edit
The vegetarian food here was mediocre and nothing fantastic. The portions looked small for the price (I'm generally a small eater, perhaps I was hungry that day) and felt that the noodle dishes could have included more vegetables.
Read moreThe sambal has extra charges (and isn't really worth the top up unless you have some fritters you want to dip into!)
Overall, underwhelming. I personally would not return unless there aren't many options open - there are much more delicious vegetarian options available in KL!

Cons: Small portion, Lack of ingredients

Amazing asam laksa - top meal in KL! - Edit
Loved this place!! I tried asam laksa for the first time and YUM, I loved it!! Better than the other creamier types of laksa in my opinion. My husband got the nasi lemak and that was also delicious, with a potato curry on the side. Each meal also came with a nice little jello-y dessert. Staff was extremely friendly. Be warned that this place is hidden away but once you get up to the third floor (with ground floor = 0) you'll see signs for it.
