Great pho - portion size, broth and vegetables - Edit
I have tried the vegan pho a few times.The broth is very light, yet has a deep flavour that is enhanced by the accompanying soy sauce, and a house made chilli sauce. Apart from the broth, I love the fresh herbs, thai chilli, and vegetables, although I would appreciate mushroom and some tofu so it isnt only all carbs. The only con is the noodle quality - wish it was softer. But then again, ive tasted this rice noodle across many restaurants so I guess it is standard.
