Enjoyed dinner so much last night so we popped in for brunch. Holiday weekend with no reservations for brunch but they got us right in. We were mindful of turning the table for those waiting. We loved our tasty meals and the opportunity to explore more of the menu.

Read moreWe stopped by a couple of years ago while visiting London, and ever since, we knew a return trip was a must.
Nestled in the West End, this spot offers not only a beautiful atmosphere but also the convenience of being close to many theaters, making it an ideal pre-show dining choice.
This time around, we opted for the sampler plates, which turned out to be the perfect decision. The variety of dishes allowed us to explore a wide range of flavors, and I still can't believe we managed to eat that much food! Every bite was incredible, showcasing the creativity and skill that Mildreds is known for.
The sampler plates are an excellent choice if you're having trouble deciding what to order. They offer a little bit of everything, so you can savor a broad spectrum of their culinary offerings. Whether you're a seasoned fan or a first-time visitor, this option ensures you get a true taste of what Mildreds has to offer.
Once again, Mildreds did not disappoint, and we left feeling both satisfied and eager to return on our next visit to London. If you’re in the West End, this is a dining experience you don’t want to miss

The right place to spoil yourself. Good for a romantic date or with a small group of friends. Not necessarily designed for children, for which it is also a little too expensive (if the rascals abandon the meal halfway through).

I made my reservation a month in advance and am glad that I did as it was very busy when we got there at 5:45 pm, which is quite early to begin with. We got seated in a quiet part of the restaurant and therefore could converse without a problem. My sister and I both got the dan dan noodles which were very tasty. Quite salty though. For dessert we had to have the white chocolate tiramisu and sticky toffee (you almost have to when visiting the UK). The sweets were definitely the highlight for me. The only thing I didn’t love was the price. £65 pounds for 2 drinks, 2 mains and 2 desserts seems very excessive, even for London prices. I guess they can charge that much because of their popularity, but I also can’t say it isn’t worth the hype. So definitely check them out if you have the means or just want to treat yourself.

Worth it for entree and dessert - Edit
We got the 3 course set menu and chose the arancini and corn ribs for entrees. Both were really delicious and I'd get again.

For dessert we got the tirimisu and cake which were 10/10 and definitely the best part

The food at Mildred's was delicious! My husband's burger came out slightly cold but the staff were fantastic and brought another one out straight away. The food was superb. I ordered the Salt and Pepper Tofu and he got the Korean Chicken Burger.

It’s the second Mildreds we try and this time I order the Korean burger. It is good, you must make sure you like kimchi first, comes with fries and sauce on request. Staff was a little slow well before the place got busy (and it gets busy fast!). The rose chai infusion is amazing!

Amazing Mildred’s Spot! - Edit
If anyone knows me, they know I love Mildred’s. This included! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the food delicious and there was such a lively atmosphere! I had the whipped marscarpone with paratha as a starter which was literally AMAZING, and then shared the som gaeng and mango burger with my mom - both of which were flavourful and amazing! I had chocolate peanut fudge to finish and left super full and content. Will definitely be coming back!

I had tried a different branch of this restaurant about 6 months ago. I was a bit disappointed to see that there was not much change on the menu. We ordered “paratha, salsa macha hummus , taktouka whipped mascarpone, arancini rosso , hot mango glazed chick n burger and white chocolate tiramisu. I really liked the paratha and salsa macha hummus but I didn't like the others. In my previous experience, I really liked the tiramisu and wanted to visit this restaurant again because I missed their tiramisu, but this time the dessert was dry and less creamy. In addition, both foods are drinks are overpriced.

I've never had a bad meal at any of the Mildreds I've been to and I've been several times to at least 3 of them for various birthdays and catch ups. The menu is varied, the food is fresh and always arrived quickly and they have a variety of lovely desserts which I often find is the most difficult thing to get right on a vegan menu. If you're in London it's a must visit!

Really nice, relaxing atmosphere started with a really warm welcome from the staff. A must is the heavenly hummus which is the best I have tasted, and that was just to begin with. The remainder of our meal was amazing and will definitely be returning next time we go to the theatre.

Relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, extremely knowledgeable and attentive staff, and a fantastic menu of both recognizable and unexpected offerings. We ordered many dishes as a family of omnis and vegans. It was very popular and had queues out the door so booking is a must! Food came quickly - we ordered a lot of dishes! I loved the arancini and gyoza .
Read moreMy relatives had the tempeh noodles, salad, and mango burgers. They were all really nice!
Most of the dishes are spicy, which is no biggy for someone tolerant of spice but those with no tolerance at all will struggle. The burger is quite dry without the spicy sauces.
Portions are generous.
For dessert we had two crem brûlée’s which were slightly underwhelming, tiramisu and chocolate cake which were all delicious.
