We discovered this vegan bakery and pastry shop a bit late in the game, but what a wonderful find! They offer a great variety of pastries and cakes, each one as delicious as the next. You absolutely must stop by if you're in Bordeaux.

A Necessary Stop for Vegans in Bordeaux - Edit
Absolutely incredible. This vegan patisserie is a must-do for any vegan (or really anyone who enjoys delicious pastries and baked goods) when in Bordeaux. We enjoyed the banana cream tart, chocolate bûche, and an almond tigré, along with a dirty chai (espresso & chai). So good!

Really good coffee, 3 different choices of plant milk (including soya) and the locally made patisserie is absolutely delicious! We had plain croissants, almond croissants, and the “pauline” (a biscuit base with crème patisserie and fresh strawberries) was the best I’ve ever had. There is an inside seating area which is clean and comfortable. I just can’t recommend this place enough.

Ca fait tellement plaisir de se dire qu'une pâtisserie 100% vegan a pu ouvrir une seconde adresse 🎉 Après le quartier Saint-Michel, c'est donc dans le quartier Saint-Pierre que s'est installée Michel MaBelle !

Une boutique décorée à la perfection, avec une vitrine que l'on voit depuis l'extérieur qui affiche avec conviction qu'il s'agit d'une pâtisserie végétale
Bonus, si à Noël vous cherchez des bûches pour épater tout le monde, vous pouvez compter sur Michel MaBelle, et il y a même la galette en Janvier !
+ il y a toujours des options sans gluten de disponible !
