A fun atmosphere with great food

At Mi Mejico we enjoyed a wonderful lunchtime meal. I ate the vegetable enchiladas with a salsa verde and the enchiladas (three of them) were filled with spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, carrots and onions. It was delicious and the service was great!
The lunch menu wasn’t as vast as the menu pictured, that may be the dinner menu.

Wonderful selection!

I was so happy that they brought out separate veggie menus upon asking. They even emphasized the few vegetarian dishes can be made vegan, even though the majority of dishes on the veggie menu are already vegan and marked as such. I had the guacamole starter and the fajitas and both were great! If you like beer and you like margaritas, try ordering a chelada.
