The Mushroom Ceviche is really good, there are also vegan salads, and everything has lots of lemon and garlic. I definitely recommend the white rice, its basic but so good! It's a little pricey, but the quantities are huge so its definitely worth it.

Mushroom ceviche and quinoa chaufa (imagine Peruvian fried rice) are among the very few vegan options. Tasty but not filling enough for the price.
