I can't get enough! Only ever had the ramen but hope to try the full menu sometime. The ramen is always excellent though- highly recommended. Nice staff too!

Er werden veel voor mij al bekende smaken en ingrediënten gebruikt, maar toch telkens weer verrassend. Het menu zat goed in elkaar, het eten was heel lekker en de bediening was vriendelijk. Op het einde kregen we nog een leuke verrassing. Ik wil zeker nog eens terug gaan!

The Amaze men with white garlic was my favourite ramen, but is no longer available. The ones with black garlic and white truffle were good as well, but the red chili was really spicy.
The tantan tsuku-men with black garlic and with red chili were also good, but quite heavy because it was only noodles with a thick sauce (containing cashew and sesame).
Their desserts with tofu ice-cream and with matcha pudding were also fantastic.
They also serve nice Japanese beers and sake, but their multi-course menu already includes tapwater.

Delicious 6 course tasting menu - totally worth the money! I’m a big fan of their sister restaurant, Kitchen Impossible, so I’m glad I got to try Men! I chose the truffle amaze men for my ramen and it was outstanding.

The restaurant has a very lovely vibe, it’s small for sure but I’d say that’s part of its beauty as it brings a cozy atmosphere that I hadn’t seen or felt before.

Absolutely wonderful. The food was really delicious overall, but our favorite thing was the tofu karaage—the star of the show! The cabbage was a runner up, and everything else was just really great, can’t really fault anything. I’d definitely recommend this place.

We made a last minute reservation and sat at the communal table. We trusted the chef who delivered one of the best 5-course meal that I have ever had. The cold appetisers were my favourite. The tofu with wasabi was superb! The noodles were super fresh and I loved them. The tofu ice cream was simply delicious. I highly recommend the whole experience.

Latest update: the six course menu is wonderful. The starters are even better than the ones from the old menu, and the wonton soup is excellent too. The dipping style ramen with red chilli sauce was gorgeous. And we were surprised by how much we enjoyed the Dutch wine we had with it. Highly recommended!

We've been here several times, it's so good. I don't have much to add to the others reviews except to recommend the red and white sauce: the best of both worlds, worth the extra euro.

We went to Amsterdam to celebrate a milestone birthday and could not have anticipated such an amazing evening at Men Impossible. A wonderful setting and atmosphere, warm and friendly proprietors and staff and such a fantastic array of flavours and textures. Truly an experience never to be forgotten, you won't regret going!

Having heard a lot good things about this establishment we were really excited to check out if all of the positive reviews were right! And they are, definitely. This is the best Japanese vegan experience you can have! The 5 course menu is perfectly designed, with many flavors and interesting ingredients. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and can describe any item. The only thing that could be added is that most of the drinks are with alkohol (sake Japanese beer , and even alko kombucha!). There are few sodas on the menu. The extension of non-alko drinks list would be really desirable.

Amaze-men! - Edit
Men Impossible is by far our favourite restaurant. The food is out of this world: the tastes blend together amazingly and are well thought off, and the noodles are just to die for. The staff is knowledgable, very friendly and make you feel welcome. The ambiance with the big table where everyone sits on fits perfectly with the concept of a Japanese small restaurant. O and cherry on the cake: it’s all vegan! We keep coming back to Men Impossible for special occassions and recommend it to everyone who wants to have a deliciously special evening.

One of the best ramen we’ve ever had and comparing to vegan ramen in Japan! Great choices and the flavours are amazing. The restaurant is a small shared table which is a lovely experience, you can see the chefs cooking the food. The ramen and sides are all amazing and went back multiple times to try various ramens! Would advise you book as not sure you can walk in and get a space easily.

Last year my brother told me I had to go here when I was staying in Holland, but I didn't (fool I am). Now we go almost every week once (unfortunately next weekend is the last time, for now😄). I will never forget the first bite of the ramen bowl. The tast was incredible. I only have eaten ramen once, so I can’t compare, but I eat a lot in vegan restaurants and this is now one of my favorite restaurants.
We have tried both lunch and dinner and both are highly recommended. Unfortunately I can't recommend any of the sauces as I love them all. If you like a bit spicy, order the extra super spicy! You get this separately and then you can make it as spicy as you like. Even if you only add a little bit, your ramen will immediately taste very different (I thought it couldn't get any better, but it could!)
(my two friends who aren’t vegan also loved this place and have been here themselfs.)
