Nothing Is Impossible At This Restaurant - Especially Not Their Burger

I was drawn to check out this place because their menu stated they had Impossible Burger, which in Turkey is quite a rare thing. I went, I ordered it, it arrived. It was a bit mushy and had a bean-y flavor, not at all like the Impossible burgers I've had before. I asked how they managed to get Impossible to Turkey, and it turns out -- they didn't. The patty was made from black beans in their own kitchen. They just call it Impossible because I guess they don't know what that means.
Despite the faulty marketing, it was a decent burger. It could have been warmer, and it could have been less mushy. But the onions gave it a very nice sweet flavor.
I was glad to see the burger and a couple of other vegan options on their menu (including vegan cheese as a topping for the burger), so they get 3 stars from me.
