Es un concepto totalmente nuevo y original, un cuisine fusion, fusión de comida colombiana, koreana y mediterranea. Tiene mesas interiores y exteriores.

El bibimbap con arroz negro, puede pedirse 100% vegano con tofu (sin huevo) o vegetariano con tofu y huevo. Recomiendo.
La tarta de pistacho también es vegana. Aunque siento que le falta dulzor.

The menu was at least half vegan & there was a lot of flavor in everything. The Croquetas Kimchi were my favorite thing we had! The vegan bibimbap was more of a raw version, but the seasoning was great. The vegan ramen had veggie chkn, tofu & broccoli so it was very filling. Veggie burger had a kimchi sauce on it adding a little spice. I’d for sure eat here again. Also the aesthetic of the place was super cute.

Really nice restraunt with friendly staff, the menu has lots of clearly labelled vegan options (and several more dishes which can be made vegan), including vegan desserts.

Te moltes opcions veganes, però els has de dir perquè no està molt clar, hi ha coses que diuen que són veganes però si no els dius no t'ho fan vegano, per exemple el bao que per a ser vegano te canvien el pa.

Vaig anar al anterior local i era molt tranquil i amb molt bon ambient, aquest és tot lo contrari, moltíssima gent i molt de soroll, els cambrers corrents amb els plats, el ambient molt carregat.

Había muchas opciones veganas (igual el 50% o más de la carta) y estaban bien señalizadas, así como los alérgenos. Los platos eran originales, con unas combinaciones y sabores únicos. Estaba todo riquísimo, la verdad. El personal muy atento. El local está decorado de forma original y con muy buen gusto. Volveremos sin duda. No pongo fotos porque lo hemos devorado y no ha habido tiempo pero de verdad que merece la pena.

We stopped by here as some of the nearby all-vegan spots had closed for the afternoon break, while this was still open, and in the end I'm glad we did! It's a lovely little place with nice decor inside (though we sat outside) and our server was super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious too and there are loads of vegan options or veggie options that you can swap out ingredients for. Its a Colombian x Korean fusion which was interesting and not one I think I've come across before. We went for the potato salad and Colombian sandwich, with a fig cheesecake for dessert - it was all super tasty and I would totally visit again if I'm ever back in Alicante.

This is a rare restaurant in Alicante that opens almost the full day without a long afternoon break. From the menu, there were a lot of vegan and vegan options. We had the chips lover as a starter, watermelon tartar and also the cuban sandwich. All were very good. Service was great as well.

There is a nice atmosphere in this restaurant and the menu is interesting, especially when not everyone is vegan in the group. We made a booking for 4 people on a sunny Saturday but it wasn't busy so we would have been okay without. The food was great, although a mistake was made when ordering (somehow the waiter thought we ordered 5 mains for the 4 of us...) and we ended up having a bit more than initially intended - it looked too good to send it back to the kitchen. We still paid for the extra burger that we didn't order, but we didn't take a dessert as a result.

Modern restaurant with plenty of marked vegan optiqons, and more dishes that can be veganized. Very friendly service! They also had a nice playlist with covers of classic male rock songs sang by women.

Very good, but not for coffee - Edit
I really like this restaurant. It's a Colombian and Korean fusion, an innovative concept in Alicante. I've been there several times and even brought many friends. They have delicious and varied vegan options, clearly marked on the menu. My favorites are the vegan potato salad, the toasts, and mushroom cannelloni. Last time the eggplant from the eggplant rolls was a bit undercooked, but it's usually quite good. All (or almost all) dishes with cow milk or cheese can be replaced with tasty plant-based versions. Everything is nicely plated. Another plus is that it's run by women and they use local and seasonal products.
Read moreMy only complaint is about the price of oat milk for the coffee: the cappuccino, which is already on the pricey side (€2.85), has a €1.75 surcharge when made with oat milk. I found this over the top as barista oat milks cost around €2 in supermarkets, and restaurants usually get lower prices. I've purchased cappuccinos with plant-based milk in sooo many restaurants around the world, and I don't remember ever paying more than €0.75 for the milk swap, with the most common being less than €0.50. What's worse is that this €1.75 surcharge is not even communicated on the menu or at the time of ordering, then I got that negative surprise when the bill came. I felt unfairly treated as a loyal customer trying to encourage ethical consumption in a local restaurant. My suggestion is to clearly communicate the surcharge before the order is placed and/or offer a more economical alternative of plant-based milk.
PS: I love the atmosphere, it's really lovely. However, they're moving to a new venue. Hopefully it's gonna be as nice as the current one.
