This is not the same legendary vegetarian/vegan restaurant!
Nearly all the photos are from before the new owners took over, apparently 4-5 years ago! Which is somewhat disingenuous, to put it mildly.
They took over an institution in vegetarian/vegan cuisine in London and totally destroyed it. Whereas the old Manna was a buzzing, busy, warm, welcoming place. The new one is a cold, dark, desolate, weird place. They have changed everything and for the worse.
The food, oh my, the food is not just substandard. It was lukewarm, uninspiring, bloody awful, overpriced, gloopy stuff! We cook far better food at home. Whereas old Manna had 4-5 professional excellent waiting staff. The current owners have taken it upon themselves to do the serving and they make a hash of it.
And the result is not surprising. They say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Well, there were 2 other people there on a Saturday night! And we were there from 6:30 till 9:45, when they almost pushed us out of the door! One ⭐️ would be generous.

***************** UPDATE ************* Since putting this review here, I have had threatening messages from the owners. To take my review down or else! Which is ridiculous, because in the spirit of customer reviews, I don’t want other people to have the experience I had.
I wish the owners spent their time improving their restaurant, rather than trying to behave like mobsters.
