Read moreThey have one vegan sandwich. The Natural. It is made with a very thin slice of tofu, avocado, spinach, tomato, pickled red onions, Dijon mustard, and vegenaise on sour dough bread. You don’t always set those same ingredients, though. Sometimes no spinach, sometimes no onions, sometimes no tomato. It’s always a surprise. They used to have more vegan options but have really pulled away from the vegan options. I hardly go there any more.

Not big entree selection from the deli. Basically there's a tofu sandwich (without a lot of tofu on it) and sometimes a vegan soup.
Read moreA lot of the grocery items are overpriced compared to what's available elsewhere. There might be a few things here you can't get at an average grocery store though.

The Vegan sandwiches were Sooooo good!!! On the road,,so finding this restaurant-quality tofu panini was so delicious and filling. We also tried the AVO toast which has tons of toppings including fresh sprouts. Wish I could give 5 stars but they also had daily soups that were so fresh and homemade but had meat and a regular cheese broccoli. I was only here for one day and so they also had yummy salads that you can try too. So many options at their deli cafè and coffee/smoothie bar!!!!

Had the vegan Broccoli Cheddar Soup 🥦🧀🥣 and O.M.G. I crave this often and this was beyond my dreams. Also enjoyed the Caesar Salad, add tofu sooooo goooood. It doubles as a health food store as well which is beyond amazing. 10/10 from me.
