Bonne tarte flambée avec roquette, crème végane, noix, champignons et oignons. La serveuse savait nous conseiller. Le cadre est superbe et la terrasse très agréable! Je recommence pour ceux qui souhaiterais goûter cette spécialité.

Vegetarian options are great, the vegan option is ok. The waiter said, that there is just one - with onions, champions, rucola and walnut. It was good but nut great, i think some more salt would have been good. But i am sure, if you explizitly ask for other toppings, they can do that to! I just wasnt clever enough to do that😄

Flammkuchen war lecker, aber Bestellung schwierig - Edit
Es gibt keine klar vegan gekennzeichneten Flammkuchen. Die Flammkuchen können als laktosefrei und glutenfrei bestellt werden. Leider habe ich am Ende einen Flammkuchen mit Speck in laktosefrei bekommen 🙈 ich hatte mehrmals "vegan" gesagt, aber das wurde wohl nicht ganz verstanden. Die laktosefreie Creme war aber sehr gut!

Die „Laktosefreie“ Alternative ist tatsächlich auch die Vegane Variante, als Ersatz für die Creme wird wohl eine tofucreme verwendet, Käse muss extra herunterbestellt werden.
