We had the Arabic Cardamom coffee and some pastries.
Read moreDelicious! The pastries are a bit less sweet than the usual ones made with milk and honey—they are so much lighter and more palatable this way, not to mention healthier. I much prefer these. And the little tray and coffee presentation was so charming as well. The man who is the owner or who works there was lovely. The decor could use a cosier, more feminine touch, or maybe jazzed up by a young local artist.
But other than that, we loved it.

I finally got vegan knafe!! - Edit
The owner informed me that almost everything was vegan except for a few knafe with animal cheese. The vegan knafe was amazing and the owner super sweet. He even gave me a fee coffee with cardamom. Everything was delicious! I took some home with me to try

Good vegan options - Edit
Nice Arab sweet shop in Yaffo with vegan knaffe and other treats. Knaffe is very close to the non-vegan original type I used to love. The guys working at the shop were very nice as well. I will be going back.
