Very good and all vegan!

My favorite meal I’ve had in paris! I had the famous tourte and entremet, both very good!

Lovely place!

Such friendly people and delicious food and drinks. We had the Blanquette (herby and mild), Samosas & chick pea curry (absolutely delicious), a mango-coconut lassi (could easily have had at least one litre of it) and ginger combucha (lovely, balanced and fresh brew). We finished off with a pistachio cake that was so different from other cakes I’ve had, soft and melted in the mouth. Not too pricy either. Recommend!

The famous Tourte is famous for a reason

I had the tourte which is apparently their signature dish. It was a Crisp puff pastry filled with savory mushrooms, corn, carrots, soyballs and more veggies. The mushrooms especially had a really nice chewy texture. The crust of the tourte was also a little bit spicy which I loved. The salad was also impressive with Lentils and Pomegrate topped with a cream which tasted a bit cheesy and like sesame. Only complaint the salad was a bit dry. Could've used more dressing. Otherwise this was the best vegan Food I had in Paris. Finally something interesting and different. For 15€ this was also a fair price I'd say. Give it a try.

Truffle Arancini

Delizioso ristorante vegano nella zona di Montparnasse. Proprietari molto carini e gentili. Servizio molto rapido.

Cute mix of European and Indian

A small, family run place with an interesting mix of Indian and French dishes. The arancini were good. The pie had a kind of curried veg filing.

Delicious Indian food

I went for Sunday brunch and had a very nice meal. I had the arancini and the chickpea dahl, and the chocolate chip "cookie". All were yummy and the staff was very nice. There were about 4 tables of people there, it seemed to be a good gathering place for vegans in Paris. The neighborhood is far away from the typical tourist areas so these are locals!

Pros: food, staff

Lunch break

Had the two house specialties, the veggie pie and the chocolate cheesecake.

Overall a good experience, I could have enjoyed a little more spice in the pie, but I'm nitpicking.

placid and unassuming eatery

unique options in a laid-back atmosphere. despite coming in without a reservation (and my being very apologetic), the server was happy to seat me at an available table.
they were unfortunately out of their punjabi chai and other desserts that night, but still provided reccomendations to maximize the dining experience. i tried their classic malai kofta and pink (beet and cacao) latte, along with their raspberry pistachio cheesecake for dessert. overall, i found the flavors too middling and despite presentation, unimpressive.

Pros: 100% vegan, unique options, friendly service

Cons: bland, expensive

100% recomendable

La comida estaba toda riquísima, era casera y cantidades muy generosas. Los postres igual, todas las tartas que probamos eran deliciosas. Y lo mejor de todo fue la atención, siempre con una sonrisa, súper amables y con mucha paciencia.

Savoureux!

I tried Maison Sukoon whilst in the area. it was lunchtime and busy with reserved tables, but the host kindly found me a spot where I could have a quick bite. I picked the tourte and it was beautifully presented, filling and full of flavour. I wished I had more time to try a dessert as it all looked amazing!

Pros: 100% vegan, Delicious food, Welcoming

I really wanted to like it

Staff is very nice and friendly. However it was just not my taste. Very healthy and a bit expensive for what it was. I had a piece op quiche (their signature dish) and a icetea (without sugar) and had to pay €22,- a bit pricey.

Favorite restaurant in a 4 day trip

What looked like a small and unspectacular little business turned out to be the most amazing restaurant we have been in Paris. The owner was just wonderful and tried his best to give us hints and recommendations and to comfort us with everything. Just wonderful.
At first I want to talk about the drinks: we had a lassi, which turned out to be the best vegan lassi we had, and i tried the Punjab Chai, which I had all the evening because I never had such a delicious Chai before!
We started with amazing pakoras and the avocado mango taste, both already really amazing. As mains dishes, we chose the Tikka Massala and Haggis - yes, the scottish Sheppards pie.
The Tikka Massala was the best vegan curry dish we ever had. En contraire to the Indian restaurants in Germany, the different tastes were complementing each other to an unbelievable composition of taste... wow! And the chicken was the definition of butter chicken, better than any butter chicken I had before turning vegan!
Regarding the pie, it was the first Haggis in my life, so I do not have any comparison. But it was a delicious surprise as well, and it was as well such a delicious mixture of tastes despite being a rather easy dish...
As this was already amazing, we of course tried the desserts... :)
We tried Sarina's special and the Éclat d'orient au chocolat. Both again delicious and a good combination of the different other desserts.
As we loved each and every part of the evening, we took one of each cookies to go, and yes, they were delicious as well with everything very soft center.

Big recommendations!

Pros: Marvelous main dishes, Very nice owners, Punjab Chai

Should be listed as one of the best in Paris

This is close to my hotel, so I immediately came over. The people who run the restaurant are lovely, and the service was quick. I like how they’ve set up their menu - it’s a QR code, and you can choose what language. The Tikka Masala and Chocolate Cheesecake were my options for today, and they did not disappoint. I think the cheesecake and I had a magical moment (it comes with raspberry sauce, my favourite). 20/10 recommend this place!

Pros: Food, Location (near Metro 13 line), Variety

Great vegan find in Paris

This was the closest vegan restaurant to my hotel. It is very close to cimetière du Montparnasse, if you happen to be visiting there. Sat outside for a delicious lunch. Food was delicious — arancini to start, the “fameuse tourte”, and the chocolate cheesecake for dessert. A great blend of French & Northern Indian flavors.

More cons than pros

I was required to re-confirm my booking in advance, yet when I showed up staff just referred me to a random table, without asking for my name or anything. To access the menu one was supposed to scan a QR code, but thankfully they gave me the physical one. The English version on their website (https://www.maisonsukoon.com/_files/ugd/353e85_318748d19f1c439886b5b1f91357ffb3.pdf) is down, however I was able to check the Spanish one and could see that prices aren't quite up to date. I made a quick decision and pointed out to staff that I was in a bit of a hurry. They were kind enough to step on my order, but it was apparent the food was being microwaved. Is this compatible with running a self-proclaimed organic restaurant? Not too sure. In fairness, the dish tasted fine, though I never saw the meatballs it was supposed to feature. I came to the conclusion this wasn't the place for me and proceeded to hastily leave the premises, which allowed me time to buy some organic desserts at a supermarket that, I should think, are healthier than Maison Sukoon's.
