A vegetarian restaurant owned by two brothers who fell in love with big family tables in Provence. The restaurant is located near the Catacombs and the Petite Ceinture. You'll find seasonal dishes, sharing plates, made-in-house desserts, craft beer, specialty coffee and organic wine in a warm atmosphere. Menu changes monthly to adapt to the seasonality of fruits and vegetables. Vegan dishes may include traditional hummus, and chocolate mousse, espelette pepper, guérande flower of salt (aquafaba). In addition, any dish containing cheese can be made vegan by omitting the cheese. Open Mon-Fri 12:00-14:00, Tue-Sat 19:00-22:00, Sat-Sun 12:00-14:30. Closed every Mon, Tue.

Great show of vegan plates

This vegetarian restaurant is one of the few in the 14th arrondissement, so it's a great place to try before going to a show.
The menu is clear, with vegan options marked with a green logo and gluten-free options marked with a yellow logo! It's important to point this out. No need to ask, unlike in restaurants that aren't familiar with different dietary requirements.

I tried a mushroom terrine (even though I don't like mushrooms), which was delicious with shallots, hazelnuts, and candied lemon!
I followed that with a focaccia with smoked tomato cream and Kalamata olives. I really enjoyed the taste of this starter, which melted in my mouth!

For the main course, I had a delicious eggplant tartare with potatoes seasoned with herbes de Provence and BBQ sauce! A real treat for the taste buds!

And for dessert, a delicious vegan chocolate mousse with Espelette pepper and fleur de sel to round off the dinner nicely. There was no hint of the chickpea flavor from the aquafaba, which just goes to show how perfectly this 100% vegan dessert was executed!

Dining outside in the evening just before fall was a real pleasure.

In short, this is a great place with a plant-based menu that changes with the seasons and brunch available on weekends.

Wonderful

Great starters and mains. Beautiful flavors and textures wonderfully spiced and salted to perfection. This is a family business, they are very passionate and proud of their craft, it's really nice.

The best restaurant that I ever had in Paris.

Today I went to visit the 14th arrondissement and stopped for lunch at Maison Binder. With my friends we were able to share super good starters and delicious and copious dishes! I completely fell for the vegan chocolate mousse, the recipe for which I was able to get thanks to the kindness of one of the boss, Quentin. I really recommend this restaurant, for its atmosphere, these affordable prices and for the originality of these dishes. Thanks again for lunch. See you soon!

Pros: Chocolat mousse , Buger, Kombucha

We really enjoyed our dinner - the vegan options were creatively put together, and the food was so flavorful and fresh.

Lovely place

They always have at least 1 or 2 vegan options, the 2 owners are brothers and super nice. Better to book on the weekends cause it gets busy

Exaxctly what we needed in the 14th district

This vegetarian restaurant is amazing: the wine is great, the food is even better, and the atmosphere is very warm. I can't wait until summer to enjoy the terrace!
