Best pastries, and I don't just mean vegan 🤯 - Edit
Since I haven't eaten animal products in a while, I don't really have a good point of comparison for pastries like these, which are almost impossible to find with plant-based ingredients. Even so, I think I've found some of the best pastries in general, not just the best vegan ones. The photos really hint at the quality, and the first bite completely confirms it. There's not much more to say.

Mi obrador y cafetería favorita de Barcelona sin duda. Sus croissants son absolutamente deliciosos, cada bocado es una explosión de felicidad en la boca. Mi favorito es el croissant con crema de pistacho, pero también tienen con nutella, con nueces pecanas y crema de vainilla, de tiramisu, de chocolate de dubai, pain au gianduja, croissant clásico, brioixes, bizcochos y opciones saladas también, no te lo acabas! Y lo mejor? Es todo 100% vegano. No solo cocinan como los Dioses sino que sus valores también son top. Recomiendo al 1000%

Don't understand the appeal, there is nothing to justify the high prices. Cinammon roll over 5 euros? Croissant with pistachio cream was greasy and too sweet. Coffee tasted good.

It’s one of them places that just because they add “lab” in their name, they also feel compelled to add 3-4€ on top of each items. Just like when you go to a shop that is a “concept store” 😂😂😂 apologies but I failed to taste the quality of ingredients that justify the price tag!

Along with other reviewers, I really liked this place. Modern stylish setting and friendly staff. I had a pistachio creme laminated style pastry which was excellent and put me in a good mood for the day ahead. Coffee was also great. Highly recommended!

so good, just go there and enjoy. It is incredible. Everything I had was delicious. I love that the pastries are not too sweet. It's the right amount of sweetness. Went there 3 days in a row and if they would be open mo tue i'd go there again. Their breakfast is also really, really good and their service was really kind.

Best niche vegan bakery I have been to - Edit
The atmosphere is great, the pastries look amazing and very professionally made. We tried 2 and they both tasted amazing. We also had the iced matcha latter as well as cappuccino and they tasted great.

El concepto de esta pastelería es genial, todo es vegano pero no lo publicitan. La gente va simplemente porque todo está buenísimo y es de calidad. Probamos algún dulce y un bikini, muy muy bueno. Sí que resulta algo caro merendar aquí, tanto en la comida como en la bebida, aunque la zona es lo que tiene. Igualmente, muy recomendable, el proyecto se siente hecho con mucho entusiasmo y originalidad. Para repetir 💚.

I am an afficionado of vegan pastry, and this place is #1 in my book. I knew I had to try their pain au chocolat after reading about them in El País--online I saw they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays so I made a Sunday pilgrimage hiking 3 kilometers each way to grab some of the most amazing pastries I have ever had. The pain au chocolat, croissant pecanas, and pain suisse are PHENOMENAL! I would have bought more had I known how amazing this bakery is, and I can't wait for my next trip to Barcelona to try everything else!

We went for breakfast and even took a couple pastries home as well. They are a bit expensive with really worth it as a treat. They also do savory breakfast like tofu scramble toast and a sandwich, and the coffee was good. Very nice staff as well.
The pistacho cream croissant is a stand out imo!!
