Fresco, una sola alternativa - Edit
Es una buena alternativa si se está en el Parque Araucano, para aprovechar de probar un tipo de comida que no se encuentra en general en Santiago (comida hawaiana). Hay una alternativa vegana que está indicada, es algo caro (al rededor de 8.900 en noviembre 2019). El plato en sí es rico, tiene palta, cebolla crispy y un encurtido de estilo hawaiano. Además venden agua y té matcha frío (embotellado).

Delicious but only one option - Edit
Located in a big shopping mall this Hawaiian style take out restaurant offers fresh Buddha bowl style food. They only have one vegan bowl and one vegetarian bowl and they are $5.900 which is a little expensive. The food is prepared I front of you and the bowl is listed as vegan on the menu so no need to explain. I would recommend taking your food to the park around the corner as the food court is pretty noisy and lulupok is sandwiched in between meaty style places. The food was delicious, fresh and they seem pretty eco conscious as a company 👏. Would recommend for anyone in a rush or if you want to go shopping but there are so many other options in Santiago I’m sure you can find better if you have time.

The store is beautifully decorated, it's a piece of Polynesia in the center of the city. Eating at Lulupok is like taking a break of work and savoring a fresh bowl in a vaccation-like environment.
I would highly recommend any foodies to try it out !
