Fantastic food, slow coffee, bad service - Edit
We had great tofu scramble here and terrific coffee but overall the experience was sort of ruined by the 20 min queue to order, 30 min wait for coffee (which was meh) and having to collect everything from the counter via buzzers. It felt like we were in a cheap dive bar where the food’s way cheaper than here.

Overall, I think the cafe was heavily understaffed and unable to manage what looked like a normal bustling cafe on the weekend. The person taking orders was also making salads from a salad bar, holding up the queue. There was one person making coffee. And, given the buzzers, I suppose not enough people to run food?
The service and food were just at opposite ends of the spectrum and it seems like the cafe crumbled under the busy crowd. And I hate that the staff have to deal with that. So my assumption is that the manager or owner does not think they need more people and is happy for the bare minimum to just get through a service. Terrible idea, coming from a fellow hospitality worker. You’re lucky the food’s incredible but it should be cheaper if you won’t hire more staff.
Overall i’d recommend getting the food takeaway or come when you know it’s not gonna be busy! Or don’t bother paying that much and just pick a different cafe like Factory Girl that has similar vegan options, better coffee and exceptional service!

Excellent vegan scrambled eggs with mushrooms - Edit
The “Tofu Scramble”, vegan scrambled eggs with sourdough bread and cashew hummus, is great. Had it for a quick late Saturday brunch. We added extra grilled mushrooms, which really hit the spot. Loved the whole place and the atmosphere. Plenty of diverse seating options and fast service.

Uns hat es in diesem Restaurant sehr gut gefallen, vor allem auch die Einrichtung ist sehr schön gemacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die komplett offen einsehbare Küche. Die Getränke und das Essen waren geschmacklich sehr gut. Vor allem das Sandwich hat sehr herzhaft geschmeckt, allerdings konnte der Cookie geschmacklich nicht komplett überzeugen und war auch etwas trocken und krümelig.

Very good food and especially the bread was perfect! They are focused on healthier food with low sugar. Wifi is available. Loads of different unsweetened milk options. The pistachio latte didn't quite work though, because the pistachio butter did not dissolve in the hot milk and just formed little lumps. Wouldn't order that again.

Hip spot in a great location! Had an oatmeal bowl (chocolate oats were delicious), avocado toast (very generous avocado), and pistachio latte. Baked goods looked yummy too!

Almost everything here is vegan. I had a Bowl of Salads with 2 Warm Dishes, all very tasty, as well as filling. The Cappuccino with Oatmilk was also excellent. You order at the counter with everything on display (quite a wide variety), and then choose a table to bring your food to -- and even though it was quite busy for lunch, there was a spot for three of us. For drinks, you get a beeper so you know when it's ready to be picked up. The environment is open and airy, with a bit of a buzz, but quiet enough to converse easily. Very nice place for breakfast or lunch.

We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere is super trendy, but also family friendly and with lots of beautiful art. However, there had an error on their menu where things were indicated as being begin but actually being with egg. They told me after I asked for it specifically because it sounded strange to me. So just be aware and better asked twice before ordering something vegan. Besides that, we can recommend to go there for brunch.
