Large, clean, friendly space - Edit
Clean, friendly restaurant an café in first floor. 15 mins walk f/ central train station; tram stops close by, too. Excellent food, even unusual vegan items like a very good Schnitzel with mashed potatoes & gravy. Am not a fan of substitute food but here, I loved it for the first time. Good cake, good coffee. Below, vegan supermarket. Friendly staff. Relatively large, if they open the full space, around > 100 seats, if not, > 50. Asian & Italian options, too; also, buffet.

Nice buffet - Edit
Very nice buffet with a large variety of vegan food. Your food is weighed so you pay for how much you choose to eat. Excellent value for money!

Nice to experience vegan food buffet style! - Edit
Vegan selection was great here and we even got to try some veganized takes on Czech food that was on the menu that day. We had better food at other vegan places in Prague but this was a nice experience: vegan food buffet style! I'd love to see more places like this. Must try are the vegan spring rolls - yum!

Relaxing & Satisfying - Edit
As others have said, yes, this place has a good variety of vegan food to satisfy any craving. I'm not a local, so after traveling and eating a lot of processed food I was happy to just eat something light like veggies and rice. This place was the perfect lunch spot! Also, the natural lighting and numerous windows makes the ambiance really realxing.

Love it ! - Edit
All loving huts are amazing! They have huge selection of options, menu is fully vegan, they got plenty of burgers, asian, czech food, deserts and so on... free water with lemon for everyone too! I adore this place. I always take huge portions for a very small amount (4 euros) and I always stay satisfied with food!

Loved it! - Edit
I was in Prague for a week and I knew hat Loving Hut in general has pretty good reviews, but I found this restaurant by accident and was very happy about it! We had a really nice dinner there, and even my non-vegan friends loved it! We came back the next day with even more of our non-vegan friends who also thought the food was wonderful.

I do recommend to get a starter when you order a burger, as they're not the biggest. (but still the most delicious burger I've ever eaten!)

Very good and cheap restaurant - Edit
This place is so cool, I wish we had that in France! You can eat a plate of good food (fresh and varied although not warm enough) for no more than 5€. Everything I tried tasted really good, it is mostly Asian food and for the price I paid I couldn't be happier!

Fab! - Edit
Lovely Loving Hut - very clean, nice space, delicious food. You pay by weight and it's not too pricey. I had a very nice mango custard cheesecake and a plate with some soya meat curries, rice, deep fried cauliflower, a big spring roll - very filling! The food was all quite cold, however, hence the 4 star review. Would definitely go back!

Great food and value - Edit
I just started eating vegan a few months ago, and I couldn't have made it without the Loving Hut. The food is great, and they have a very diverse menu/buffet. No need to eat the same every single day. I managed to lose 8.4 kg in 10 weeks time without doing any exercise. Starting tomorrow, I'll spread my wings a bit and visit a new place every day. However, Loving Hut will always be the place that has taught me that eating vegan doesn't deprive you of good food.

ok - Edit

Very good value for money in Prague - Edit
Before travelling to Prague we did some research on HappyCow. We wanted something fairly fast, simple, cheap, tasty and open till quite late (including Saturday); nothing far from where we were right then, nor totally unhealthy, posh or fancy. In the end, we went out for late lunch 5 times to 4 different locations/3 different chains.
Read moreComing from a country where vegetarian (not to say vegan) restaurants aren't so commonplace we are modest and do appreciate the fact that we don't have to scrutinise every single ingredient and examine the staff (like at fancy non-veg*n places).
LH offers a self-service buffet (eat in or take away). Everything is vegan and clearly labelled (ingredients, hot/mild). They charge for water. You pay CZK 24 for 100 g. Some items (desserts and drinks) are priced individually. Apart from the buffet you can pick from the menu. Downstairs there's a vegan health-store and a cafe. Apparently, the latter one has nothing to do with LH and most probably is not all vegan.
When we went there, it was very quiet, hardly any people. We had a bit of everything: fried noodles, plain and whole-grain rice, roasted veggies and potatoes, coated cauliflower, spring rolls, omelette, kung pao with tempeh, stewed aubergines, steamed broccoli, boiled corn and sweet peas, mixed salad. There were some more types of salads as well as cooked meals. We had a piece of delicious blueberry cheesecake for CZK 58.
Overall, we found the food in LH nice and, what is more important, it seemed palatable to our fussy 2.5-year-old son too. Btw, it reminded us very much of VeganLand. Now who copies off who?
