Great choice and taste! Nice service and location! - Edit
We had the vegan bowl, a vegan low carb lasagne, a small soup and the homemade lemonade. The taste of all items was amazing and we loved the variety and vegan choice! As a plus the location is very nice and the staff too. 100% recommended!

Great new location, even better for vegans now ! - Edit
The new location is an absolute upgrade! Not only is the location super beautiful but also the offerings for vegans have diversified. You can order breakfast individually now, plus the assortment of vegan cakes and dishes has been expanded. Super delicious and nutritious, always a pleasure to the eye and taste buds. Always my place to go !

All in all: nice place, nice service - Edit
Nice restaurant with familial atmosphere. Staff was nice and friendly and food was arranged beatifully in the bowls and the ordered dishes were prepared and servered astonishingly fast.
Read moreHowever, they have reduced offers at the moment due to Corona Crisis (no menu available at the moment, remaining dishes are listed on a blackbord behind the corner), so there was no option for adding extra vegetables etc. (as depicted in the photos of the menu above). This however would have been necessary for satisfying me, as the combination of carbohydrates and vegetables seemed a bit unbalanced (were only few broccoli florets -it's to say 2- and few leaves of salad accompanied by potatoes, rice and hummus as well as quite a lot of fried tofu). Still, this bowl came for 10€ (small), which would have made me expect a bit more of vegetables. --> minus one point in my evaluation
The dressing of the salad gives rise to my second point of criticism. It was meant to be a raspberry dressing, I guess, but it tasted quite artificial. --> minus second point
Pros: nice staff, beautifully arranged plates, (almost) helathy
Cons: unbalanced ingredients (few vegetables)

Good, healthy food - Edit
We really enjoyed our lunch at Liebling, as the staff were really lovely and the food was on point.
Read moreWe had the Shakshuka with tofu and the mung bean dal with rice.
The food came out quickly and it was super delicious. Especially the potato bisquit thingies that came with the Shakshuka.
Overall we couldn't really complain.
It would be nice to see this place go entirely vegan tho.

Nice Place, amazing Bowls - Edit
Very nice Place located in the center of Trier. Staff is friendly, almost everything is vegan. The bowls are amazing, but the small portion is a little bit too small (and too pricy).

Delicious delicious delicious!!! - Edit
Omg this food was soooo good. The flavour was mouthwatering. I had amazing lentil soup and savoy curry with wholemeal pasta. Both meals fantastic!!!! Previous reviews comment on pricey meals but for me the meal was worth every penny. Really good. Staff were very nice and helpful too.

Delicious but pricey - Edit
"Liebling" can get quite at lunch time but the staff always remain friendly. I had the big vegan "Last Summer Bowl," some ingredients of which were fairly tricky to eat (e.g. the grilled spring onions in one long piece or the corn on the cob cut into slices.) The bowl tasted delicious but almost 13 euros is rather pricey for a non-organic meal.

Fancy interior and decent food - Edit
Its located not far from the Porta Nigra. There are lots of seatings inside aswell as outside. The staff is very friendly and the food has a good quality. The portionsize is not bad also but nearly 13 € for a bowl is a bit too much in my opinion. Sweets were also decent.
