Very delicious vegetarian foods,

At first we didn't expect the foods in this LianShu Vegetarian Restaurant were so delicious and the portion of the foods were big too
The staff who served us was so polite with smiling face. If you are in Beijing, please be here and I am sure you you will love it.
By the way the flower biscuits from the restaurant taste so great.

Pros: Services, Foods, Environment

Cons: Nothing at all

Healing food

My impact with China was terrible, they tried to feed me pork on the airplane. This place saved me, I was thinking to fast for my stay here!!
Amazing food, particular, tasty and healthy, and very kind service.

Must try if you are a vegetarian in Beijing

We gave a shot to this restaurant and hands down; it has exceeded our expectations, big time.

The food is just great, the soups are amazing.

All the menu is basically Vegan or Vegetarian and it is based on the monks diet.

Portions are massive, and the food/price quality is amazing.

Highly recommend!

Pros: Tofu and Mushroom soup, A thousand layer tofu, Dumplings

All vegan menu

It’s difficult to find the place since the location isn’t very accurate. But just follow down the street and you’ll come across the food court (there is a huge blue gate) and go all the way behind and you’ll find the restaurant once you climb the stairs. The menu is all vegan since I didn’t see any dairy products mentioned for the vegetarian dishes. They do have a vegetarian chocolate cake not sure if that is vegan or not. The food is Buddhist cuisine inspired. Has a lot of great options to choose from.

Super tasty meal

We ordered the cactus & celery dumplings, stewed rare mushroom and tofu pot & Kung pao soy protein!
They also gave us free tea, but the drinks here looked really good! The service was amazing and the menu was huge!
Most of the savoury dishes looked vegan-friendly but the cakes were named 'vegetarian cake' and not sure if they were vegan. We didn't ask or order any desert.
Other reviews helped us find his place, just down a little side street, go up the stairs and look for the little cute statues outside the restaurant passed Spiderman.
Would eat here again!!

Pros: Great service

Might be fully vegan - delicious!

Small restaurant at the upper floor of an alley (see photos for directions). We asked the staff to understand if the restaurant is vegetarian or vegan. The cuisine is buddhist and they say they don't use milk or egg, thus, it seemed fully vegan to us.

We had two mains plus dumplings and rice for which we paid 250 RMB. Free tea was served at every table. Everything was very delicious and the best dish was the layered tofu! Staff was lovely too and one of them spoke English.

Pros: Peaceful spot, Delicious food, Many options - probably all vegan

Cons: Some dishes are quite pricey

Charming little restaurant with many delicious vegetarian options

Lovely little restaurant with delicious options for vegetarians and vegans. The owner’s school age daughter was around to offer suggestions in English. A very charming welcoming place in a nice part of town.

Pros: Dumplings , Crushed lemon tea, Mushrooms

Amazing food!

Had such a amazing vegan meal here! service was 10/10!! They even gave us some complimentary cookies! Something to be mindful of is that it is alcohol free! Also whole meal came under £20!!

Nice setting and staff, tasty food

This place is in the back of a vibrant dining area, close to Nan Luo Gu Xiang hutong, so it's perfect to visit after you explore all those shops and laneways. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They can't speak much English but it's fine with a translator app. I think the menu is Buddhist cuisine, it's all vegetarian, it's flavoursome and has some interesting things I haven't seen before. The mushrooms and the hibiscus tofu were really good. They serve nice tea as well :)

Great little place in the hutongs

My teenage daughter loved it. I thought it was ok but could have been more spicy/salty. Very friendly place.
